To the owner Jack,

May I suggest giving the Culver City location an extra employee. It’s been 3-4 times we’ve gone to pay our loan ON TIME and Leo had to “leave early” and the shops closed. Are you excusing our “late” payment because your employee wasn’t there It’s very unprofessional that I go to pay on time, but your employee isn’t there so I can’t. If I got “sick” can I call you and say I can’t pay the loan today? Let’s help Leo out because it might be too much for one employee.

I loved there level of customer service... I would pawn and continue to buy things here, they have great prices and pay good when I pawn my stuff once in a while. I really liked how the girl there is always so nice her name is Naty, But anyways like I said loved it here and thanks for the help.
