J B's Pawn Shop

I was in the market for a revolver for my wife last mother's day. John is an awesome guy! Very polite, eager to help, and made sure I was happy when I left! I didn't even go and look anywhere else! Im actually planning on purchasing another fire arm from him. The wife LOVED her revolver?

The owner was very kind & helpful. I’ve been in a lot of pawn/gun shops where the men are disrespectful, harsh, gruff, unhelpful & unfriendly to women. NOT these guys! They helped me with questions & offered to assist me in the future. The only reason I gave 4 stars was after reviewing my purchase online, I may have overpaid a little but it’s ok. He still offered me a fair deal & was very kind. If your a lady on your own out shopping for a personal protection piece, they will assist you with respect & friendliness!

Information about the owner of this pawn shop. The owner/operator came out to the parking lot while I was talking with a person on January 04, 2020. Due to his paranoia, he assumed I was trying to take business away from him and the store. This was not the case. Both myself and the other person found him to be rude and most of all aggressive in his approach. I extended my hand for a friendly handshake but he would not shake hands. Instead, with an aggressive tone and body language his actions, and words indicated he was going to do harm to me. This is not acceptable behavior. The only thing that I can conclude is that he is paranoid and projects his own dishonesty. I highly recommend that potential customers be aware of his unacceptable behavior and find another pawnshop for business. by Dr. Dale Hubbard

Best pawn I've ever done business with, I had family emergency and had to leave state, I contacted the pawn shop and let them know that I wouldn't be able to pay for pawned items until my return, he showed consideration and empathy to my situation and told me not to worry that my items will be there waiting on me up on my return. Thank you for everything JB your the best

I have a 3 things pawned here and i make my monthly interest payment on time most of the time, well this month i wasnt anle to make payment until 4days after the due date so i called and ask if they would hold my things until i got down there on Friday and they said (sure will) and that it is no problem,i understand that they didn't have to do this for me, i just wanted to tell them thank you for working with me and they're the best, ive done business with them for nearly two years and besides having nice products and a good selection of guns, guitars, tools exc. Not only are they friendly they are men of they're words, they do what they say they are going to do, they have never let me down and wanted to tell them how much they are appreciated, my business will always go to this shop, you fellas have a great day and i will see you soon Thank you

Won't be going back here. One of my payments on a car title was not taken off the balance. Just keep your stuff away from pawn shops is better. Everybody does you dirty some time or the other.
