I was about to give up on trying to recover data from an iPhone 13 that would not turn on (and was declared not fixable by Apple) when the team at iTech proposed various cost-efficient and very creative approaches to resolving this problem. I had already explored proposals from well known data retrieval services that wanted to charge thousands of dollars, but Hayden at iTech explained in very clear detail a multi-phase plan to try to restore the phone and its data. Well, the plan worked and I now have thousands of photos and other data that I thought would be lost! Thank you Hayden and iTech! I am often skeptical of electronics repair services but this company is first class, honest, and cost conscious. I highly recommend you call them for your tech needs!

The worst experience i have had in my life, the day i purchased a MacBook Pro from this company! They advertised a 2019 i9 16” MacBook Pro, i called them to confirm availability to which the said yes, so i sent a friend to collect it, they gave him a 2018 MacBook Pro?! I called them back they said it was out of stock and they would order it. 2 weeks later they contacted me that it had arrived and 4 days after I sent my friend back to collect to which they replied, it’s out of stock!!! They sold my laptop!!! I called them back for a replacement to which the clerk said there was a 2019 i9 32ram 512ssd available at $100 extra (I thought this was unfair still I was willing to pay it) on arrival my friend produced the 2018 and $100 for the trade only to be told it would be $179 because of an error!!!! (Dhfhfhfhdh) ok so we agreed to pay the $179 my friend then took a pic of the specs which showed a 2019 i7!!!! On calling back they said there is nothing they can do!!!! They are the worst!!! Their principles are screwed up and through it all the owner and manager refused to speak with me!!! They deserve to be shut down!! Totally unfair to a customer.

Went in with a iPhone 14 Pro with a broken camera rear lens glass. They had the replacement part in stock and fixed it within the hour and at a surprisingly reasonable cost. The quality of the replacement part and the repair itself was top notch.

I went there 2 days ago for a hot-spot connectivity issue for my laptop and Sean/Shawn fixed it within several minutes and also noticed that the screen to my iPhone 13 was cracked and asked me if I'd like it fixed. I said "yes" and in less than 10 minutes, he had it fixed and did not charge me much. VERY friendly, super helpful, could not have had a better experience. I HIGHLY recommend them unless you're looking for trouble, ha ha 🙂
