I brought my son’s iPhone SE to get fixed because he “accidentally” dropped it and cracked the screen. This place sent me a msg on instagram and they were really helpful and responded fast. Dave the guy that fixed the phone was really nice it took about 30mins to get fixed and also added a screen protector on my son’s phone for him at no extra charge. Upon arrival the workers were friendly. Dropped off my Galaxy Tab to have my screen replaced. They informed me that it would take about a week or sooner. The problem started when they didn't communicate with me very well about the status of my tablet. A week goes by, so I call to find out is it ready yet. The worker told me it would be ready tomorrow around 1PM. Tomorrow comes and I'm waiting for a call. Nothing! I call them again and talked to a worker, nobody knows anything. Finally I get a call back and the Tablet was ready but, no called and told me. So, I'm like, really. Tablet sitting there ready. What happened to communication. Customer service sucks. I won't be going back to this business. Disappointed Customer 😞.

My galaxy phone completely turned off and wouldn't turn back on. I have many important things I need and very sentimental photos on there. I brought my phone to It Can Be Fixed, and they were able to get my phone back up and running again very quickly. I highly recommend for getting your phone fixed!!!

My phone was completely destroyed after cycling and dropping it. I took the phone in and they were able to replace the glass on the front and back of the phone within a couple of hours. If i ever damage any phones i. The future or have any family/friends who do they’ll definitely be coming here.
