I dropped my laptop off 8.2.24 for a cracked panel aka where it opens up broke and I haven’t had a fully functional laptop since. On top of that every time I’ve picked it up something else malfunctioned from a non-working microphone, non-working touch screen, and non-working camera. I am a hybrid worker, and I literally drop it off every Friday with the promise of being called and I know for sure I’ve gotten 2 calls in the month they have tried to fix what they destroyed. I pick it up every Monday after they have it all weekend and it’s still there. I called 9.30.24 for status and I was told a tech was coming after hours to fix it and it would be done by 18:30 and I would get a call, and he could drop it off, pick it up of meet somewhere. Well, guess what NO CALL!!! I called and left a message for the owners because at this point, they HAVE NOT given me 100% satisfaction guarantee and small claims court is needed. My laptop is my job, and they have hindered me far too long. I wouldn’t have my enemy go there for anything!!!! Very unprofessional for and terrible customer service since I’m doing all the contact. They don’t deserve the single star I had to put down.

Update As of 10.10.24 I have a working new/refurbished laptop and everything that somehow stopped working because of a corrupt hard drive is working again however, there was no true rational why a cracked panel turned into this nightmare. In the end they blamed it on a corrupt hard drive. I don't know much about computer tech stuff, but if it is corrupt the new computer won't work properly.

Side note: They are aware of my review and think it is harsh, and I know this because they mentioned it to my minor daughter when she picked up my laptop yesterday. I fully understand they were trying to find the root cause but 2 mths and total disregard to the fact that my laptop is my 9-5 gig and lacking communication was the issue.

I went in to get the tip of a charger removed from the charging point and Carlos was able to help me out and remove it with no issues in under 5 minutes. Didn’t charge me a dime and didn’t accept when I offered him a tip. If Carlos wouldn’t accept a tip there’s no doubt that they will service your device for a good price. 5 stars strictly to Carlos at this location.

Best of the best. Alan is friendly, charming, personable and 100 knows what he’s doing.
