The owner, John, went above and beyond ensuring we were immediately taken care of after having been scammed by another company! Nothing short of positive experiences from our initial contact with John, to his Technician, office staff and the equipment installed!!!! Our needs/wants/requests were heard and they delivered way beyond our expectations!!!! Our Technician was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, informative and very respectful of our home!!!! Island Garage Door Service & Sales is an amazing company whose owner and employees obviously care about customer service and relations!!!! Denis was excellent. He looked at the problem and knew within seconds how to correct it. I was taken by another company that I thought was Island Garage door but wasn’t. They wanted to replace the entire system. My words of advice are when you google Island Garage Door make sure you are calling Island Garage door.. Lesson learned, I will not let anyone else touch my Garage Door. Thank you Denis for your professionalism and thank you Island Garage Door.

Johnny the owner was Great to work with… He’s was Honest and very patient with me.. Also the technicians/ installers Joey , Ben and Alberto are Awesome! The Doors look beautiful and the pricing very very reasonable. Great customer service as well from the girl who scheduled my install and service call .. I had Island out to install new track to make my garage door to open up like a bay door opening up the ceiling. The new motor went out almost a year later. They came back and replaced the motor and honored their parts and service. As a business owner this was wonderful customer service. I was also very pleased with their scheduling and follow up during the sales portion. Pricing was fair. I would recommend this company.
