The bikes for my rental house needed to be tuned up, cleaned and repaired. Island Bike Shop came to my house on time, loaded them up, gave them a much needed “spa day” at the shop and returned them the next day! The price was reasonable. They called me with an estimate and description of all the work needed. They were courteous, prompt and professional and I feel good that my guests can bike safely. 10/10 highly recommend

Had delivery service for our 3 day rental. Went very smooth. Had an issue with the brake but since we went by their shop one day, we brought it in to get fixed and it took 10 minutes or less. Highly recommend renting from them!

The helmets did seem kinda dirty but we used sanitizer spray before using them. I would have washed the inserts maybe to help but I didn’t.

The Island Bike Shop Was great to work with. Their website made it easy to rent a bike. The descriptions regarding models, sizing, pedals, pick-up and cancellation were perfectly clear. When I arrived, the bike was ready, we sized the seat height, and I was off in minutes. Bike return literally took seconds. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and seemed to enjoy working together, as they joked around in the background. I also found out they were a sponsor of the ride that brought me to Marco. Good service. Good value. Good community player.

Great bike rentals and easy access! Bikes were waiting at our rental for us when we arrived and we used them every day. When we were done we just left them there to be picked up. Can’t get easier than that!! Reasonable prices and easy adjust seats made our week! Great way to see all the natural beauty of Marco as well as the beautiful neighborhoods and parks

Rented again in 2025 and just want to say what great service they have! We rode our bikes every day for our 2 weeks and one day got a flat far from our rental condo. We called the shop and they were there in 20 minutes with a replacement!

This company was awesome! They made the process QUICK, painless and very efficient! Not only is the price excellent they made sure the bikes were the perfect size and seat heights appropriate for each of our riders. They had us in and in our bikes in record time! HIGHLY recommend!

Very friendly and accommodating. I reserved two bikes for over two weeks but one rider sustained an injury at the airport while traveling and was unable to ride. This shop allowed us to keep the reservation and continuously reassess the situation. Ultimately, we were not able to use the second bke and the shop promised a refund of the deposit. Would absolutely use this shop again.

Rockstars at (Marco) Island Bike Shop!!

Great efficient service. My Trek was tuned-up to perfection in a couple hours. I had expected it to take days and cost a lot more (shh😁).
I would go to this shop for any bike issues. My neighbors loved their experience and they had second-hand bikes. Highly recommend!
