Excellent cell phone repair place! I had my iPhone 13 Pro Max repaired here, screen was completely shattered. It was taken care of promptly and professionally. 10/10 recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to pay Apple’s ridiculous prices.

I had the privilege of going to the to Apple store. The attire is shabby high school the attitude us Jr. High. They ran a diagnostic and said the screen needs to be replaced as the internal speaker is attached to it 270.00 for repair. Took it to iPhix in Eastvale after getting a quote over the phone. He didn't buy Apples diag. The shop is nice didn't smell like 420 like other cell phone repair places in been to. Zak was very professional and fixed the phone in a couple hours. He was correct it wasn't the screen and the total was 160.00. He does a steady buisness and he puts the callers on hold and deals with me first. Would recomend.

Went to Best Buy and they didn’t have the screen in stock so I called iPhix and not only did they have it in stock it took 20 minutes to repair and I got a genuine apple screen for 100$ cheaper than Best Buy or the Apple Store. So happy with iPhix I will definitely come back for my future needs

Had a pleasure going to IPHIX for my iPhone 14. I was greeted with excellent customer service. Got my phone fixed in under 20 minutes with no issues afterwards I highly recommend going to this establishment to get a quick fix for any phone necessary or any device for that matter. They are very reliable and do great business. S/O IPHIX

On Sunday October 6, 2024 at approximately 10:55 am I stopped by this store for possible cell phone repair service. However, it was 11:10 am and the store hadn’t opened for business. There were no posted signs on why the store wasn’t opened for business. Now according to their website, their hours of operation on Sundays are 11-4 pm. Which, they dropped the ball with opening on time.

As I continued waiting for the store to open for business, 3 more people showed up and they ended up leaving once they noticed the store was still closed and no posted sign of why the store wasn’t opened for business. I eventually ended up leaving at 11:50 and the
store still never opened for business.

This whole experience was very upsetting and disappointing. However, it was also a good indication/red flag to never trust or return for any reliable service at this store location. Furthermore, on this day IHPEX definitely failed in customer service and word to the wise.
