What a great place! Chad is an awesome guy that is very friendly and knowledgeable. The building is a really cool old Blues and Jazz bar. Lots of room and each of the five stations are nice and private. Tons of VR games to choose from. We have been to four other VR places in the Western US, and this is the best VR place we have ever been.

My grandma paid $50 for two gift certificates for my birthday. She bought these the middle of March. We wanted to go the end of July and they expired June 1. They will not extend the expiration date therefore my grandma paid $50 for nothing. I would not recommend this place at all. I would think that a small like theirs would try to keep customers happy so they would return. I guess they have all the business they need taking people’s money and not fulfilling their obligation.

We've been here many times and we always have a great experience! Staff is friendly, helpful, and fun. The atmosphere is super cool, and the game choices are wonderful! I recommend that everyone try it at least once!

Went for a surprise for our son's 13th birthday. We had a blast! People were very nice and the place was clean with comfortable seating. Something for everyone 🙂 We'll be back!

You are neglecting yourself if you don't try this! All kinds of adventures in one room. Superb graphics & knowledgeable & friendly staff. You must go try Virtual Realms!
