Attending Victoria’s yoga classes from In-House Retreats has been a highlight of our vacation. She has a wonderful spirit and a joyful, calm way of moving you through yoga poses while taking in the beautiful ocean surroundings. In-House Retreats yoga classes are amazing start to a new day! Victoria is friendly, kind and great instructor who keeps such a nice energy during the class. I also love the ocean front location which makes me even more relaxed as I can hear the sound of waves. Can't wait for another class!

I have always loved the stretching & the way I felt after yoga. But I could never find any videos or instructors that I liked & that were not over the top "yogi" or spirtual.

Then I found Victoria's yoga videos they changed my whole perspective on yoga! I started doing her Youtube videos & went to a few of her classes & loved her style, enegery & stoke right away. Her yoga classes & videos are now part of my weekly training schedule consistenly & I love it.

I love that whereever I am, either at home, traveling etc... I can just pull up one of her videos & start my day stretching & getting in tune with my body!

I always enjoy starting my day off with in-house retreats yoga. The teachers are awesome and the locations are picture perfect! I mean how many people get to say they did warrior 2 while a rainbow filled the sky and turtles frolicked in the water nearby?! p.s. love the Brittany mic so 90s

Really enjoy practicing yoga outdoors so you can’t beat the beachfront locations of In house retreats I’ve been to all three of their locations and they all have amazing views, both Victoria and Sofi are amazing instructors and make it fun and easy for me to follow along
