Infinity Event Decorations went above and beyond for our wedding. Marlen is so sweet, and genuinely passionate about decor and aesthetics. She knows what looks good, and you can trust her opinions! Infinity Event Decorations exceeded our expectations and guest loved the decor as well! From the first meeting, Marlen was very attentive and detail oriented. Javier and his team is just amazing!!! We have been renting items from this company for over 5 years! From weddings, funerals, gender reveals, baby showers, birthday parties & so much more!! If you ever need to rent tents, tables, chairs, decor, lighting, etc, Infinity Event Decorations should be your #1 place to go to!!! They’re UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT.
This rental items was hours late for drop off, and the company COMPLETELY missed the pick-up date, despite paying extra for a specific time. This caused a lot of inconvenience and frustration for me, and I had to scramble to find a larger truck to return the items. When I dropped off the tables, the new owner didn't seem concerned about the situation.
As a party rental company this should be a main focus…Ensuring time deadlines are met. Safe yourself the hassle and the money of dealing with them
