I visited this place with my son, and we had such a great time at the arcade! There’s a nice variety of games, and we both had a blast. A few of the games were unfortunately out of order, which was disappointing, and I noticed there wasn’t much staff around to assist. However, overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and spent a good amount of time playing. I didn’t get a chance to check out the bowling alley, but the arcade alone made the visit worth it. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place! Very reasonable prices and packages! The arcade is pretty awesome!
We ordered pizza, wings, French fries and a cheese burger. The pizza was just okay, the wings were over cooked and barely had any sauce on them.
The burger and fries were really good.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share the incredible experience my team and I had at Incredibowl for our holiday party on December 18, 2024. As a group from Poinciana Hospital, we hold this event every year, and this year was truly special thanks to the outstanding service and atmosphere at Incredibowl.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place is run by a dedicated, passionate team. The facility was spotlessly clean, and the pricing was reasonable for the experience we received. But what really stood out to me was the remarkable staff, whose warmth and professionalism made our evening unforgettable.

A special thank you goes to Dawn, our bartender. Not only is she an expert mixologist, but her genuine kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. She went above and beyond when my husband asked her to craft a special drink for me – she truly nailed it, and it was hands down the best drink I’ve ever had. Dawn's energy and personality were a perfect fit for the vibe of the night, and it's clear she loves what she does.

Terrance, the young gentleman at the front, was an absolute gem. With a party of over 30 people, we were a lot to manage, but Terrance handled us with such grace, patience, and enthusiasm. His attention to detail and his genuine care for our experience was remarkable. I honestly wish there were more customer service professionals like him in the world – he made us feel welcomed and valued from start to finish.

I also want to recognize the incredible team in the cafe. Despite our large group, they managed to serve 25+ orders in under an hour, all while maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor. It’s not easy to handle such a large order in a short period of time, but they did it effortlessly.

Lastly, I have to give a huge shoutout to Carson, who was incredibly patient and understanding as he managed our 5 bowling lanes. With 10+ children running around and bowling balls flying everywhere, Carson handled it all with a smile, quickly retrieving the balls and making sure everything was running smoothly. His calm and approachable demeanor was greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Incredibowl, for making our holiday party such a memorable and enjoyable experience. Your attention to detail, exceptional staff, and overall atmosphere created the perfect setting for a fantastic night. I’ll definitely be back, and I can’t recommend this place enough!

Came in today with my family for the first time and was greeted and attended to by Angelina. She was very professional,polite and patient i must say. Great customer service and was able to understand that it was my first time and explained to me everything in great detail. Thankfully, me and my family had a great time and will definitely be coming back soon.

I've been HERE before and friends are always inviting ME because they love it and I do too!! The staff is super helpful and friendly! Bowling is fun and the food and drinks are great!!

Went with our family to celebrate my son's birthday. We had a blast. We played bowling, arcade and laser tag. If you have time vistit the cafetería and try the Nachos; one plate fed our whole family and they were amazing.
