We hosted my son's 11th bday here with guests ranging from 4-13 and all the kids had a blast. With some special needs children attending the staff were so great and attentive, making sure to help us keep eyes on all the kids and serving the party with a smile. The management came to check on us frequently and made us feel so welcomed. I expect to pay so much for a kids party based on other local venues like urban air and the like, and this party was not only 30% less expensive than their options but included so much more for the kids and a private room instead of just a table in the crowd. The kids all want to go back and more importantly my son said the party was EPIC and then used some kid slang words I don't know yet but I assume they all meant he had a great time. ❤️ 😊 I am a happy mom!!!

Book this place immediately!!! You won’t regret it! I have attended and planned dozens of kids parties between my 3 children and this was, by far, the best and easiest party I’ve ever seen. I price shopped, in person, about 6 different venues at the most popular places around me. In The Game was not only the most bang for your buck, but the costumer service was unmatched. I had a specific budget and a million questions and Miya answered every single one with the most pleasant demeanor. I was even able to get the glow package which was a game changer!! They gave necklaces and glasses and neon markers and it just made everything that much cooler! Kay helped on the day of the party, she decorated for me with all the stuff I brought, had suggestions when asked and I never had to ask for anything. Pizzas came out at the time I asked, refills were done before we even needed them, she served the pizza and filled cups, cleaned and was by my side, checking that everything was going smoothly. The manager, Steve, checked in with us multiple times, assuring we were taken care of and happy with how the party was going. He made sure my birthday kid was ecstatic by the time we left, and made sure he got exactly what he wanted off the prize wall!! Even got his baby sister a Bluey plush to make sure everyone left with the biggest smile. The whole party was flawless. Exceeded my expectations and then some. I honestly couldn’t believe that the event went that smoothly and was that awesome for the price I paid. Our drive home was spent discussing our next kids party there because it went so much better than I could’ve ever imagined. Service and attitudes were impeccable, the party smooth, and everyone had a blast. Every single parent in attendance was impressed and wanted to know how I found this gem. I could go on and on but this place was perfection. I feel so lucky I found this place and we’ll definitely be back to play and plan more parties.

I can't recommend In The Game at Sawgrass and their incredible staff enough for making my granddaughter's birthday so special yesterday! Everything was absolutely perfect. Alejandro, Steve, Lisa, Miya, and Sean went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. They were attentive, kind, and genuinely lovely throughout the entire two hours. Their service was exemplary!

The kids had an absolute blast celebrating in the arcade, and the staff truly made the event unforgettable. From the seamless booking process to the thoughtful follow-up calls, everything was handled flawlessly. If you're considering hosting a party for your kids, this is the place to do it—you won't be disappointed! Thank you again to the entire team for creating such wonderful memories for us. 🙂

Haven’t been here in over 10 years!
I was thrilled by the way they have expanded it and made it so much better.
Lots of fun games, some VR games too. Even an interactive movie ride too!
We spent $75 and left with 1700 tickets.
Truthfully it’s kinda pricy, and there are a lot of Claw games that will have you loosing lots of your points, as most of the time you don’t win anything.
But even still it’s a fun place to bring the kids for a bit and they have a Johnny Rockets restaurant inside, so you can eat Burgers/Fries/Chicken Fingers too!
Overall it’s a fun place and my kids had a blast. We saved our tickets so we can come back next month and add more to our card!

Our son’s birthday party at *In The Game* at Sawgrass Mills was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. Our server, K, was truly outstanding—anticipating our needs before we even had to ask and ensuring that everything ran seamlessly throughout the event. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable for both the kids and adults.

We were also incredibly impressed with Steve, the manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and ensure the day was perfect. His leadership and commitment to making sure we had the best experience possible were evident in every interaction. The arcade itself was a hit, offering an exciting atmosphere that kept the kids entertained for hours.

We come here all the time - our son loves it so much he just had his 7th birthday party here! It was an awesome party, the staff were so accommodating. The Neon Glow was a hit! Kids had a blast!

Thank you so much Steve & his incredible staff for an unbelievable Birthday Party for our daughter !! Steve went out of his way to make our daughter extremely happy with everything especially the stuffed animals! The party host Kay was fantastic and did an amazing job making sure all the kids were happy! If you want a great Birthday Party this is the place to go!

My boys had a great time here. They have a big selection of great games even for my son who is disabled. There was plenty of room to move him around in his stroller/wheelchair. We had a nice lunch here then spent a long time playing all the games. The prices were reasonable compared to similar places. One of my boys even hit the big jackpot on this jurassic World game. He got 640 something tickets! He was so excited. Jumping up and down and yelling. We had a great time. I would definitely come back when we are in the area again. We live about 2 hours away and stayed overnight.
