We were a customer of improveit360 for about 10 years. We decided to go another direction. Our org is expiring and I wanted to keep one license. I had questions about the billing and as soon as I asked questions they just ghosted me. It's been a week. It's crazy how they are willing to just dump on you as soon as things aren't in their favor. They are basically holding our data for the last decade hostage.

Our office has been using ImproveIt for about a 1 1/2 now. I honestly don't know how our small painting business ever functioned without it. Don't let these guys waste your time. They harassed us for weeks to give them time to speak with us about their product. After a 10 minute call, where they fished for our business information, they told us our business is to small for them to work with? They didn't even take the time to show us their product, or tell us what they do. I guess they just fish for your business information and pass it to other businesses? . If they contact you, it will be a waste of your time.

Matt is very cool and able to solve problems and as salesforce he has the ability think outside the box and figure out how to tell the computer what to do so YOU CAN GET WHAT YOU WANT!!!!

The only reason for the 4 star rating is that alot of what we have wanted in the past we were unable to get, if Matt was our account manager we would be further ahead and I believe our system would be exactly what we want it to be

UPDATED REVIEW: I see the potential however it is difficult to change work flows to align. Improveit needs a better transition/implementation team as there are too many chefs in the kitchen and no one is actually accountable.
