iHomeFinder.com is the best Real Estate property search provider I have ever worked with - and I have been doing this stuff for over 25 years! I have had nothing but good experiences with these guys. Believe me, this is NOT the industry standard! A lot of data provider companies get you the widget, show you how to search (like you didn't already know - DUH!), and send you down the road. Dino in training, the support staff, and all of the admin folks are very courteous, do not expect you to know anything about SEO or keywords or coding, and don't talk to you like you are an idiot if you don't. I honestly feel like they are committed to providing a good product for not only their clients, but for the client's end-users. They are so far ahead, I'm not sure who is even in second place!

I was a loyal customer of this company for three years, but my experience has left me urging others to stay far away. When I first signed up, the premium plan cost around $90/month—a reasonable price. Over time, it crept up to $100/month, which I reluctantly accepted. However, the company began aggressively pushing unnecessary CRM add-ons that I had repeatedly declined. I was even assured I’d be “grandfathered in” at my current plan.

Then, they forced all users into their overpriced “Max” plan at $150/month—closer to $160/month after taxes for me. These CRM add-ons weren’t just useless—they were completely unwanted. (If you need a CRM, consider options like FollowUpBoss, which are far superior.)

Because their IDX was integral to my website, I was left scrambling to find an alternative and rebuild critical sections of my site that depended on it. When I emailed to cancel, they charged me for an additional month, claiming a 30-day notice was required per their contract. Yet, conveniently, this clause isn’t visible when you try to cancel through their account dashboard.

Save yourself the headache and money—choose any other IDX provider. Options like Showcase, IDXbroker, or Real Estate 7 by Contempo Themes offer better products, better support, and more transparent pricing. Even if these other options were more expensive now, trust me—iHomefinder will surpass them in cost eventually.

I’m using this review to get my $160 worth after canceling. Hopefully, it saves someone else the hassle and expense. Any positive reviews for this company are likely from users who are new, haven’t shopped around, or have very basic, low-tech needs.

I don't have any experience integrating an IDX plugin to my newly made WordPress website. I have tried other service provider but they did not have anyone that could help integrate the plugin to my site, so I switched to Ihomefinder. Customer support has been able to walk me through all of my challenges so far which were actually being caused by some of the plugins from my current Houzez Theme.
