I smashed my iPhone in my car hatch and it caused extensive damage requiring an intricate repair, with no guarantee that my data wasn't lost. I did a lot of research online of other companies and watched Aaron's videos on youtube so I would understand the repair process. I ultimately chose iBoard Repair because it is a small business and when I called, I got to speak to Aaron directly and he was patient and took time to answer all my questions. He made me feel like he cared about the loss of my family photos, videos, and other data. I am so thankful for him and the work that he does! Thank you Aaron for saving my data!

iBoard Repair did the impossible and recovered ALL my data -- photos, contacts and more -- from my iPhone 13 that inexplicably died. The AT&T store, Apple store and an independent phone repair store all said it couldn't be done, but Aaron did it!

I paid the rush fee and was not disappointed -- my job was completed promptly and shipped back to me without delay. The whole experience was 10 days, start to finish, including shipping both ways.

Additionally, the instructions that Aaron provided for what to do with all of the data he recovered were very clear and easy to follow, which I appreciated (and needed).

Aaron and his iBoard Repair service is amazing! He was able to recover thousands of pictures and videos that I thought were gone for good after my phone got wet kayaking in the ocean in Portugal. Every other place I took my phone said there was nothing they could do, but Aaron was able to work his magic and recover all the data. His service is professional and top-notch! Highly recommended!

I had two years worth of photos and videos of my two kids / family that I lost because I dropped my phone into ocean water. The phone initially worked and then stopped working the next day. I unfortunately didn’t have anything backed to the cloud. I found Aaron and his team and they were able to recover everything the day after they received my phone . The whole process so far took four days, from the time I mailed, and they repaired. They sent email already mailing back the phone so hopefully I should receive in next two days and can restore everything. There is even 3 min video showing how to restore the data

I didn’t think twice about sending my phone into Aaron after reading his positive reviews! I was on vacation in Niagara Falls when wind and water got into the bottom of my phone and it stopped working. My phone would still turn on but it would only flash the apple logo. I hadn’t backed up my 2000+ photos and was worried about those. I took it to the Apple Store and they told me my photos were gone the only option I had was to get a new phone. They make you feel lost like there’s nothing that can be done! So I searched out other options online and came across Aaron and iBoard repair!

Super awesome company to work with. Everything was super straight forward and Aaron was very informal. My Iphone was stuck on the restore screen and I tried everything to correct it to get my data off. I paid for the three day service and thought I would know something maybe a few days after the weekend since it was delivered on Friday afternoon but on Sunday around the same time I received an update that my data was recovered with a screenshot sample of the images. I can’t tell you how relieved I was to hear this. Will definitely use iboard again if needed. Thanks Aaron for your help on this!
