I2U Systems good standers and practice which kept me motivated and progressive in my IT carrier. I have been working with I2U systems for 2 years and I2U systems Inc is the best company I have ever work with. Their marketing strategy is very good. They have a good salary structure and they pay on time. They have good training facilities in all of the areas in IT .I got training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and placed within two weeks after training. They are also very transparent about Visa processing and also other immigration purposes. The management is highly co-operative and very helpful. They are very good at clarifying and addressing the issues and concerns we have as an employee and would be respond in time.

I have been working at I2U Systems, Inc full-time.
Pros
They have good IT training and marketing team who places their consultants at client location quickly. They also pay you on time every month. My immigration status from OPT to H1b migrated without any RFE. Management responds quickly and takes of their employees with the most respect.
Cons
Waiting for better 401k/ Retirement plans to be implemented to make them look complete.

Advice to Management
Nothing at the moment!! Keep up the good work. You guys rock. Proud to be part of I2U.
