I love this store! The owner has an insane amount of stuff to look at, and his items are fairly priced. Best of all, he is friendly and clearly knows his stuff. As a woman who’s been a gamer for decades, I always look for game stores that make me feel comfortable, with employees that treat me the same as my husband. I am a bigger gamer than my husband, and it’s always very disheartening when people will only talk to him when we’re together. The store owner has always treated me equally and I also noticed he hires a diverse range of employees as well. He is honest and goes above and beyond to help. My lovely husband wanted to buy me a GameCube for Valentine’s Day and the owner called several places to shop around; I got the exact console I wanted, including color and region, and I even got a Nintendo licensed controller, all for a reasonable price. He tested and cleaned everything beforehand. We bought some games and a memory card to go with it. I know I’ll always come here first over the other game stores in the area!

Visited this place a week ago looking for a ps4. I tried to ask a question to the owner but he just ignored me and continued to be on his phone, Letting me know that the prices are listed which is not even the question I asked. I tried to ask him the question again and he seemed annoyed at me as if I intruded on him, mind you there was no one else in the store.
You're better off spending your money somewhere else where they actually have customer service, I recommend the owner signs up for some hospitality classes because he is seriously lacking it.

I was there during some transition of the store so I did not get to see the normal layout, but he had a lot of inventory that all looked to be in great shape. Plus, he had exactly what I was looking for that day, a Sega Saturn. He had 3 of them! The price was fair, the owner nice, and his dog was awesome. Will come by here again.

They got good stuff, I've been to the owners other store in Daytona. Bought an SNES in great condition from him, and some games from both stores. Will probably be going back soon to buy a Super Famicom at some point. Talked to the dude about an hour just BSing about games, and stuff in general. Was really appreciative of my purchase. I'll be going back to support him, and I've already recommended the store to people at my local fighting game weekly.

The store is clean and has a nice selection of games and systems from retro to modern. Pricing is fair overall. The owner is nice and friendly. Even repaired a cartridge I bought when I came back and said the battery was dry, no questions asked. Even has a cute dog named Link. It’s a nice spot for those of us in Orlando looking for a retro game store.

You can easily spend an hour here just looking at the massive inventory of games this store has. This store easily has the most Sega stuff (Dreamcast & Saturn) I've ever seen in any store in Florida. The store owner was also very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a cute dog, too. Definitely will be back next time we are in the area.

store is a bit messy, dirty-- but the character, variety of products and prices are unmatched.

Some quality control issues-- a console I purchased there was a dud after several guarantee.

However, the owner is a great guy, took care of it. he's very knowledgeable

Just went inside today looking for something in particular but couldn't find it. No worries, because instead, I was met with a retro game and console selection with no comparison in the Orlando area.

I was actually taken by surprise by just how much stuff they have, and most of it seems reasonably priced. The only thing I saw that I thought was somewhat overpriced was a limited edition Resident Evil 2 remake collectors edition, which had pretty significant damage to the exterior box, but had a sticker that said all the contents are inside and since it's not something you can find easily, I can kinda understand but aside from that, I have nothing but positive things to say about this store. Will definitely come again.
