Incredibly informed staff, also very approachable and kind. Some very interesting finds in-store, as well as great services offered with shipping and also providing new batteries for old game cartridges. Can't wait to come back in a while and see what works its way onto the shelves!

CUSTOMER BEWARE! They will upsell you on their “modded consoles” and will refuse to take action or accountability. I bought a Japanese console with them telling me verbatim “it can play both Japanese and NTSC (American) Games.” I got around to buying a Japanese game for the console for it to not read it whatsoever. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I try to like this store but every time I go in it's hard. Prices are high, items are dirty and barely look like they were cleaned before going on the shelf. Most system stock is flooded with sports games, not much of a selection and it's always been this way. Not only that but they sell reproduction carts which is a huge red flag for me..you can't tell these games apart from the real ones and it's horrible for the gaming community. This shouldn't be allowed or accepted. Also I'm sure it's illegal. Sad the only real inventory is fake games.

I try Hudson's about once a year, and I have no idea how they're still in business. This is a fairly new location in Altamonte, nice store front too. But completely lackluster in product, and OVER PRICED. Double Dragon LOOSE - $38. That's 3x current market value, for example. Tetris 2 with Manual - $25, COMPLETE ITS $20 on market. It also seems as if a lot of their inventory, is reproduction.

There are so many other video game store options in Orlando, I highly encourage you stay away from this chain.

The gaming gear selection at this electronics store was impressive. I found what I needed quickly with the help of the knowledgeable staff. Prices were fair, but I wish they had more accessories in stock for a wider selection of gaming products.

Janay was unhelpful and rude by hanging up when we called. I went to this store to purchase 1 of several handheld consoles listed online. They had none and have had none "for awhile". I thought it was a mistake and thanked them and left. When continuing my search for the psp handheld I came across numerous posts online for these units. I thought maybe I was mistaken when I was at the store and called. When I spoke with Janay, she was condescending, dismissive and not helpful. She said they "do not have time to delete their ads once they sell so they add a bunch or hundreds a day" I said, why would you keep adding more if you already have some up. She hung up. At no time, was I rude or angry, I am not familiar with video games so I was trying to understand why they would need to place different ads for each one they have. Now she will not answer the phone. Employees like Janay who cannot answer legitimate questions cause reviews like this.
