I am very disappointed at the lack of transparency, reasonableness, and communication from Regus. We needed a temporary office space for two weeks but since they require a one month cancelation notice, we ended up getting the space for nearly two months which was the best we could do with short notice so we could have our office renovated from storm damage.

Regus does not "clean" or "refurbish" units until they fill them in a failed effort to save money. We moved in, and after we were ready to move out -- on our move out day -- they then wanted to come and refurbish so they could charge us a $1100+ fee for refurbishing our office. They knew we'd only be there two weeks and they failed to refurbish it for our employees but rather tried to use my $1,00 to refurbish the unit for the next tenant.

Please read these reviews and see that this company is moving in the wrong direction. The quote they give you for the pricing is not accurate and you WILL be hit with charges.

I was also hit with an IT fee because I didn't OPT OUT "in time" to avoid the fee. I didn't use any IT services but because in some fine print it said I had to opt out of their services.

They are unreasonable and unwilling to use any common sense.

I really wish that Google would allow zero or negative stars! This has been an absolute nightmare! We signed for a month-to-month contract, and even told the sales person we were actively looking for a permanent office spot, so we wouldn’t be there for very long. We moved in on September 11 and now found an office space that we are moving into on October 1. I went to go cancel the contract so we wouldn’t be charged for the next month and I come to find out that the cancellation can’t be affective until October 31. The sales representative never specifically stated that month-to-month really means you have to pay minimum two months to work there. How can you possibly do a 30 day cancellation on a month-to-month? To make things worse last week I specifically asked the front desk person. What was the last day that I had before I could cancel before getting charge for the next month and they told me this week Friday. I went ahead and did it ahead of time, and still got screwed. They don’t like to tell you what’s really the truth and then try to explain that it’s in the contract. No one will tell you to your face What the real deal is, but they will try to pack them selves up with their fake and illegal contracts. That’s the major issue. But it all started with the front desk person on move-in day being 30 minutes late and my day, not being able to start when it should have. Then, the Internet was out for the entire week. The front desk person kept saying that the company refused to just order the part that they needed because they wanted to have the tech come out and get his opinion on a second opinion, before they would even consider spending the money to order the part to fix. You had tenants in there that had no choice, but to stick it out and use their hotspots. We are paying an incredible amount of money for a tiny little office space and do not have Internet on top of that because the company is too cheap to fix things quickly and with urgency is wrong! Now that I’m trying to get out of my month-to-month contract as I am legally able to, they want to switch things up on me and the front desk person is now the rudest person on the planet earth! Her manager is no better! on top of that, I sent an initial survey to them that was scathing, and I was pressured into changing it which unfortunately I did. I can’t wait for the end survey to come out! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!
