My hubby and I happened to be in the area and made a quick stop at this location at this food court en El Segundo .We were digging the vibe and mood. The atmosphere was good. Staff were welcoming and polite. The bartender greeted us and immediately offered us something to drink. The food was delicious and full of flavor. The cocktails were good too...Stop by if you work near by to grab some food and a drink. You won't be disappointed.

Pretty decent burger, but nothing spectacular. I ordered the "good night" burger, which was supposed to be spicy, but it was much more sweet. I'm not complaining but just something to be aware of. The service was good and the prices are reasonable

Burgers are amazing! There's nothing wrong with that there other food delicious only reason why i didn't score a higher rating, was because i felt weird the way the whole ordering process is, it's different but not well received by me i saw one worker be a great server and host to the tables in front of us,idk if he knew them or there his family or whatnot, that being said great food may e work on the welcoming environment and definitely will have a overall awesome place!

Went for happy hour. Half price drinks were a good deal, and we had an order of fries at the bar. Took a little while to get served. Gets a bit noisy, but overall good atmosphere.

If you find yourself near the Los Angeles airport or live in El Segundo looking for a family, friendly burger joint, you may want to keep looking. I ordered takeout and it said it would be available in 20 minutes. I showed up exactly 20 minutes later. My fries were cold and wilted and soggy. My burger was cold and the bun was soggy. My Oreo shake was melted. My meal cost me $30 and I got about $1.25 value out of it. I think this restaurant had a good idea but their food quality is hit or miss and forget about takeout perhaps if you eat in you could get it hot and fresh, but I’ve already witnessed many people sending back their food just while I was there to get takeout. There are many other restaurants nearby that are five star; do yourself a favor and eat at one of those.

Service: I must've asked 20 questions at the register, and the person behind the counter was so kind answering them all! Once I ordered, I wasn't seated long before I received my food.

Food: I don't know what they did to those fries but I couldn't get enough of them, I didn't get anything special done to them either that's just how the plain ones come but we were obsessed. My bacon jam burger was delicious as well. The bread was nice and soft, patty cooked perfectly, and all the topping blended so well. We also got the mother nature burger (bison patty) and sweet potato fries. Both were a win! Be careful with the Big Larry, though, it maybe frozen and refreshing, but it's still powerful, lol

I am not a fan of burgers 🍔at all and when I first tried hopdoddy's primetime burger (as per my husband's recommendation? it blew my mind! 🥰🤩🤯I was able to finish the whole burger by myself! It was the right flavor and balance of ingredients..it was just soooo delicious, i loved their truffle fries, spicy honey sage sweet potato fries and nutela pretzel shake...so everytime we drove to LA we would always stop by for a burger at hopdoddy and i would order 1 for myself and i could finish it in a few minutes it was that delicious!..we would bring family and friends sometime or anybody that i know will go to LA i always recommend trying out their burger...but this time i am totally disappointed that they took it off their menu 😔i was actually sad...the cashier told me to try the cadillac because it is similar to the prime and the cashier told us he too liked the prime...so me and my husband just ordered 1 to share because i am not sure if i will like it or not...i had high hopes 🙏 and it broke my heart 💔🍔👎that the only burger i enjoy is completely gone 😭😭why... why fix something that is not broken? I hope they bring it back... 🤞🍔

Love coming here and the food and service is excellent.
My complaint is the Bar counter. I come in here solo and get lunch and its gotten to the point where its a joke.
The workers know, bartenders, and managers all know the WOOD AT THE BAR is stained as if someone didnt put laminate or they ruined the laminate finish. The bar is clean and sanatized but the WOOD IS STAINED HORRIDLY and i will complain to management and embarrass the entire store if they do not fix the bar counters.
I will come back next week or two.
I have been here at least 4x in the passed 2 months AT THE BAR NOTHING CHANGED
