As a business owner I highly recommended Homee On Demand . They have provided us several jobs since we started using them. The app works great and it’s pretty much self explanatory super easy to use and if anything goes wrong they are always there to help. We had emergency jobs super late at night and they have gone with us personally to the job site to make sure everything is good. Agustin, Nick, Rob, Paco, Ignacio have always been there when we need them no matter how late we call them they answer. One of the most important thing to me is the (HONESTY) and every single job we do we get paid in less than a week, max 3 business days. My personal opinion, best company to work with in this field.

YES YES YES. Just do it. I want to keep pressing that button. John D came out and did an incredible job. Professional, clean, and a man who knows how to use a vacuum. Some ladies wouldn't believe it but it is true. Seriously, I am very satisfied with this job. The thing I like is they go to the store and pause the app and don't charge you for the time they are at the store. He was at my house within 1 hour which is pretty mind blowing. I am very very happy with this guy who was at my house. At any rate.. do not hesitate to have them come and work at your house . They screen these guys and you are not getting some creepy criminal at your door. I used to find people on another website but I kept looking at mugshots dot com and finding their criminal records. This is worth its weight in gold.

Don't use this service! I was hesitant to use them at first and then I received a call from the owner asking me to give them a shot as their professionals had over 25 years of experience. I then requested the service and it was a 3 day plumbing nightmare. After his "professional" left on the first day of work, I had 2 toilets overflowing and sewer was returning through the shower drains. One of my bedrooms carpet was completely socked by sewer water and it needs replacement. He sent in a different guy on the second day and $400 later and over 4 hours of labor, problem was not resolved. They guy even made me go to Home Depot and purchase a new toilet. On the 3rd day, I called a plumber, not HOMEE, and all I had was a clogged pipe. It took the plumber 15 minutes to resolve the problem with the proper equipment. I called HOMEE and spoke with the owner, and I explained the problem. He apologized and said their service is not for everybody and he would refund me for ALL the fees and charges associated with my bad experience. I still have not seen the refund and after multiple phone calls, the owner finally answered the phone and said, very unprofessionally, that I'm confused. He said he is not refunding me for the second job and that I could file a claim with my credit card if I wanted to. He then hung up the phone on me for the second time. Conclusion: I paid a whole lot of money for nothing, they don't have any qualified "professionals", their word means nothing and they don't know how to treat a customer.

Amazingly fast service and manager was extremely pleasant. I received a call immediately and was hooked up to a service man immediately (Macos Garcia) . He was amazingly fast working and experienced..He solved my issue at a very cheap rate charging me by the minute instead of by the hour like most companies. His trip to home depot was free of charge. I definitely well use them again in the near future. The customer service was extremely outstanding!!!

Fantastic! Couldn’t be happier. They sent out a great contractor who did a great job and was clean cut and polite and just overall a perfect experience. I was nervous about trying for the first time but will definitely use them again. I also saved $150 off what 2 other electricians had quoted for the same job. Thanks!

Our family recently had two outstanding experiences with Homee. One HVAC related and the other a minor plumbing issue. Both services calls happened on a Sunday afternoon....Tech was at our house within an hour, very professional and worked quickly but with outstanding quality and reasonable price. Awesome to have the ability to get work done on a weekend too. Homee, we will be back & thanks!

I had a Great Experience with Homee, I love my Marketing Coordinator Sammi, she helps me to get the right contractor to complete my projects on my rental properties. The contractors that provided work for my project were on time, professional, stayed in constant contact with me till the job was completed. I will use Homee for all of my projects and highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on both residential and commercial properties.
