I adore this yoga studio and the owner, Nicole. She is beyond knowledgeable about yoga and herbs Her teaching style is dynamic and her classes are always varied. The other teachers are also stellar. Nicole prepared a tincture for me for a troubled scalp and it helped almost immediately. Run don’t walk to this fab yoga studio!

Nicole is amazing!!! Months ago I was tired all the time and just not feeling like myself. Nicole was very thorough in helping me pinpoint the root causes, she asked me questions my doctor has NEVER asked me, which is wild because they seemed like simple questions doctors should be asking. And through a few simple changes to my diet/vitamin routine, plus some awesome nutritive teas she concocted for me, I've never felt better. She was so informative and made it such an easy process. I would recommend Nicole 1000% to anyone looking for help on how to live a healthier life. 🙂 Her yoga classes are also awesome!

First time and it was truly an amazing experience! This is by far one of the best studios I’ve been to in the valley. If you’re looking for a true yoga experience you need to come here. Nicole’s YIN class was everything my body and mind needed. She was extremely informative and friendly from the moment I walked in. I came in with tension and left feeling like I could float. I will definitely be back again to try everything that this studio has to offer! 10 star experience and 10/10 would recommend!

Out of all the yoga studios I’ve been to from CA to AZ, Holistic Hollow is by far my favorite. I feel welcomed and loved every time I walk in the door. Yoga classes are filled with wonderful and kind people. The studio is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. They have a huge selection of wellness products (not to mention all the classes you can take to learn about/make your own) and local made goodies! Nicole and Melanie are deeply beautiful people and incredibly knowledgeable! Sooooo much love for HH!

I ordered some tattoo healing oil and was delighted to have a sample of anodyne tea included. I brewed overnight and before bed last night I took a big gulp. The flavour was floral and a slightly bitter taste. The skullcap component did also help me with sleep. Amazing results, woke feeling fully rested.

I came to Nicole Bellino Haring to help with some issues I was having from PTSD. She asked a bunch of very personal questions and then talked to other people (even my family members) without my knowledge saying some pretty nasty and terrible things. Nicole is not a good person. I thought she was a yoga therapist. Be careful with what you say to her. She makes fun of many people behind their backs. She needs more help. Feel sad for her and anyone wanting to be close to her.

Adding: 7/15/24. Funny Nicole is completely lieing saying she never knew me. I’ve been to her yoga studio at her house in CC. We have been friends (or so I thought) since high school.

I’d like to reiterate. The last time I reached out to Nicole was in 2021. I came to her with my PTSD and substance abuse issues. I confided in her she went to my family with false claims of substance abuse last year 2023. I haven’t had these issues in years. Even my family thought this was ludicrous. She commented on my post on Facebook last year about conpericies I have no idea where she got these stories about me. Instead of coming to me and telling me she is upset with me (which she must be to come at me like this) she lets all of my family members and friends know loose lip garbage she’s heard from other people. I’m a very honest and nice person. I don’t hurt people. A therapist should follow suite. She will never have a place in my heart again. I would be very careful with what you say to her. Also, why would I lie about this?
If she continues to lie on here saying she doesn’t know me I will be forced to show photos of us in high school together. I may not know how to spell your name, Nicole, but I definitley know you more than anyone in cave creek.

The owner Nicole is like no other instructor you have ever experienced. No matter how long you have been practicing and any level you are – her classes are incomparable. Everyone is made to feel welcome whether you are just a drop-in, live here part-time, or are a regular. Her staff of instructors and massage therapists rise to her level and are all highly trained in their fields. This is a must experience Cave Creek business and to make it even more special, an artisan boutique welcomes you to the studio, always something unique to find as a gift or for yourself.
