Such an amazing apartment complex to live!! I wanted to find an apartment complex that has a nice, peaceful community, and this is the place! I am able to easily study at night, while also being very close to campus. The management is incredible, very fast timing and they genuinely care about our wellbeing- which is very rare having heard horror stories of other apartment complexes. Would not recommend enough.

I have a friend who stays here and oftentimes we go with my puppy to play at the dog park. My puppy LOVES it. There’s room for her to be safe and enclosed but also run around and play. The other pet owners are so friendly and are always very communicative about their own breeds/necessary information with my puppy being so little still. Hillside Commons is truly such a nice student community with some of the friendliest people I have ever met. We are so grateful for our friend who lives here that lets us visit every once in a while. I wish I knew about Hillside Commons sooner!

I’ve lived at Hillside commons for the past year and have loved every second. When I transferred to UA I wasn’t able to come down and visit Hillside, however I was very pleased that it matched the website and met my expectations. They did an excellent job at roommate matching, and I love spending time at the pool and fire pit. I always feel safe on the property with the security, cameras and entrance gate, knowing if I need help they are there in place. The staff in the office is always helpful and patient when a problem arises and the maintenance team is so fast and efficient. I love living at Hillside as it is a safe and quiet community close to campus! I would definitely recommend taking a tour or applying to live at hillside!!!

My stepdaughter has been living at Hillside Commons for over a year now. The staff is very attentive to her needs, the management team is fabulous. They are compassionate and understanding. The apartments are very spacious on the inside and the maintenance keeps the property looking great.

My daughter has lived at hillside commons for almost two years. Recently she called me about a problem with her weatherstrip at her front door and bugs coming in at night because of it. She made a maintenance request and not only did maintenance come and fix it right away, they replaced it and added extra protection to make sure it didn’t happen again. This is one of the many times they have done extra to ensure something as small as this wouldn’t happen again. As a parent sending my kid to college far away and never being able to see the complex, this reassures me we made the right decision. Very appreciative of Hillside staff for going the extra mile always.

The staff is great, and Mia is extremely friendly every time I go into the clubhouse. Very comfortable and clean apartment, I always feel very safe. I recommend it to all students at UA.
