Had my Sprinter Van towed to them from a Mercedes dealership I originally bought it at roughly 100mi away. They had it for 3 weeks and couldn’t / wouldn’t fix it due to going into limp mode after putting the same size tires on it that were on every other Sprinter on their lot.. These guy’s were referred through another company as being the guru of programming for these vans and proved to be true.. Communication was easy, especially with having to coordinate getting the van towed that far from home. They completed the work in roughly 1.5 hrs as previously stated and I got to drive it home that day.. Definitely gained my future buisness and referrals!!!

These guys are rockstars! After experiencing a no crank, stuck in park, and zero communication condition with the drive related modules in our 2007 Mercedes-Benz, we assumed something went astray with the vehicles ECU. Pulled it out and shipped it to the guys at High Tech, who confirmed the ECU had in fact gone bad. We ended up sourcing a good used doner ECU, and they were able to clone it with the data they systemically extracted from the bad ECU. Received the replacement ECU back via FedEx overnight, plugged it in, cleared all the pending codes that were present from the initial conditions, and the car started right up! No programming, no codding, no nothing! The ECU was completely plug and play. Everything, including High Tech's service, the doner ECU and shipping both ways, cost us less than a quarter of what it would have cost for the dealer to perform the job with a new replacement ECU. Couldn't be happier with High Tech's service and how fast they got everything done. Many thanks guys!

Amazing communication, " Dusty ", was very knowledgeable about My transmission and even makes videos about what he's done so it feels very transparent. I had a 722.9 transmission sensor failure and he managed to fix it right away. I opted for a new conductor plate regardless and was cheaper than one bought out new and programmed. He's got my visit next time

Dustin,, everything went great, i finalize the install on my Mercedes and ooohh surprise, it's alive!!!! it's running smoother than i taught. at first the shifting was a little rough but in no time the shifting was so smooth now. thank you very much for your help!!! 👍😃

After breaking the one and only key I had for my Porsche Cayenne, I called my local Porsche dealership only to find that replacement keys can take 6-8 months to arrive from Germany. After researching, I stumbled upon High Tech who managed to provide replacement keys from halfway across the country within 36 hours. The communication during the process was incredible. I cannot recommend High Tech enough.

Great experience with high tech mobile! I worked closely with Demien to reprogram a Mercedes ECU that went bad. The first donor ECU that was sent back to me was a faulty device (I provided a bad ECU, my own fault), but high tech reprogrammed another donor at no additional cost and it solved the issues I was having. I am halfway across the country, but they were prompt with communication and shipping.

High Tech was more interested in ensuring my car was fixed than with making a profit: the definition of exceptional customer service. 10/10 recommend.

I have a Porsche Boxster that the immobilizer got wet. High Tech Mobile was able to clone all my info onto another immobilizer and sent it back to me next day air. I have used these folks twice and have never been disappointed.

I had this company reprogram my vehicle, they sent my part back to me overnight as promised. I installed the component and my vehicle worked smoothly again! Competent and reasonably priced, I would definately would recommend them.
