I've been selling and leasing condos in Hidden Harbour for 19 years as a professional, full time real estate broker. One of the best kept secrets for a waterfront community in our area. Gated community on the intracoastal waterway! Features include tennis courts, clubhouse with sauna, game room, library, exercise room, and pool. Car wash area on site. Great location, just minutes to the beach!

We have owned a unit in HH since 97 and the location can't be beat for the money. One gets a Waterview near everything. They are developing a shopping center complex nearby and one has Aldi, Publix and beach near by already ...one can't go wrong in paradise.

This Condominium is so badly managed I’m not even sure where to start. The management is just incompetent to levels that can’t be described, 1/2 of the amenities haven’t worked for over 6 months since I have been here. The HOA fees are over $500/mo and in return you get rude management, incompetence, amenities not working. An HOA that jerks you around when stuff needs to get done. In simple words, a DUMP! Go live somewhere else

No one on site. 5 months later and still dealing w water damage in the unit caused by a leaky roof that was the HOA’s fault.
Sauna has been broken for over a year and tennis courts are totally unkept.
This place is a dump, go live somewhere else

I recommend not to rent from this building. Management is very slow to take care of issues if they even do so. Nice location but the property is not kept well at all. Tennis courts are falling apart, the club house smells like old musty basement. Not recommended

I can't do zero stars or I would. We rented house number 126 from Krysta. The first 30 days through AirBnb and then a personal contract for the next 30. After starting the 2nd 30 days the A/C and fridge broke. Never got the ac fixed after multiple promises made. We stayed without A/C as long as we could until she finally said she would reimburse us 1500 for time not spent if we decided to leave. She has not reimbursed us or contacted us back after several attempts.

We have owned a 2nd floor condo at Hidden Harbour since 2015. We love living there and waking up to the boats going down the intercoastal waterway and the many types of birds over our balcony. Beautiful affordable place to call home.
