Super nice and honest people. Not great about communicating or calling/texting back when they say they will or ever really. You have to make a point of following up yourself but overall good shop though.

Absolutely blown away by the transparency and timely service. After my oil change, they showed me everything that I need to look out for in the future saving me a tremendous amount of time and headache. Could not recommend them more!

Harris Automotive is the best! My truck broke down and I had to leave town. The truck got delivered and was diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours. I highly recommend Harris Automotive to everyone. If I break down in Show Low again, I know who I will call.

Excellent service and very honest mechanics. The office staff explained everything and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Harris Automotive to anyone looking for honest mechanics and a friendly front desk.

Great front women counter and service repair technicians are extremely important. Reviewed my steering alignment requirements and are adjusted. I'll make sure my truck will be sufficient for tires wear viability.

Harris is the BEST! We had taken our car to two other shops and spent over $1,000 and the problem had not been fixed. Harris took one look at our car and diagnosed and fixed it within 24 hours for 1/10th of what we had already spent. Will definitely be using them again!
