Matt and Brannon were so helpful from day one. My husband and I approached the Harlequin team several months before deciding to list our property and we were impressed with how approachable and kind Brannon and Matt were whenever we had a question about potentially listing our property. Finally the day came when we were ready to sell! Matt and Brannon jumped into action and gave us a couple options on how we can proceed. Then they assembled a sellers dream team; in our case we hired a staging company and a handy man to fix a couple odds and ends. The Harlequin team provided photographs, video, social media coverage and a clear plan of action within 24 hours. During the selling process they would give us consistent text, call and email updates. In the end Brannon and Matt negotiated a very fair price for our property and we all walked away winners! 10/10 experience.
