I would be very careful about setting up a trip to visit this store. The website will say they're open, the contact number will say they're open, but apparently they are closed on non event days without notification. Found this out the hard way after driving 3hrs one way only to be turned away by security. Unless there is an event, I wouldn't risk going here as they don't post schedule updates.

I recently had a frustrating experience with the Dolphins' official store, and I want to share my feedback:

1. Inaccurate Store Hours: The store's schedule is inconsistent across platforms, including Google and the Hard Rock Stadium website. I drove 40 minutes only to find the store closed, despite the posted hours indicating it would be open. This needs to be addressed to avoid misleading customers.

2. Limited Official Store Locations: It’s surprising that such a major franchise only has one official store at the stadium, which is far from the Miami area. While jerseys are available at other retailers, the selection and experience of visiting an official store are unparalleled. Other sports franchises, like the Miami Heat, have multiple stores in the city, making it more convenient for fans.

In summary, the lack of accurate information and limited locations make it challenging for fans to fully enjoy the merchandise experience. I hope the team takes these points into consideration to improve the customer experience.

They have a nice selection but pricey. We bought 2 jerseys and 2 pairs of shorts for $500. We live 4.5 hrs away (9 hrs round trip) and when we got home, realized the theft tag was still on one of the jerseys. Called them to figure out what to do and was given an apology and told to see if we can find a retail store that will take it off for us or to buy a strong magnet. For the price, we shouldn’t have to run around looking for someone to take it off or buy something extra. They should have offered shipping to ship it back and take it off and send it back.

This is a great team store whether you come here in person or order online it is the best spot to pick up Dolphins merchandise and even some Miami Hurricanes items and occasionally some other Miami Florida sports team items as well great customer service reasonable prices I have been here in person numerous times and I've ordered from online as well and this is a good team store to go to we do highly recommend this team store for all dolphins fans they're online or in person stop on by or go online and get your official Dolphins in Miami Hurricanes items and other sports teams from the Miami area you'll find exactly what you're looking for jacket shirts jerseys posters whatever you are looking for

I’m a huge Dolphin fan. I was excited to visit the team store. Gate attendant said it was 4:30pm and they were no longer taking anymore customers. I drove 30 minutes in traffic to get to this place! They need to advertise they close at 4:30pm and not 5:00pm!

Very very nice Dolphins team store! I was in heaven! If I had the money, I’d bought 1 of everything in my size, or what I liked.
Bought a Waddle jersey and a new hat. The wife bought a very nice embroidered sweatshirt. Phins fan for life!!!! 🐬🏈

My wife an I purchased some items from the team store. When I looked at the receipt after we left the stadium I saw I was over charged for a shirt the shirt was 40 dollars the women BBell charged me 120 dollars. We have called several times and no one calls back this place is a rip off. This is very unprofessional. I will never by another item from this store when im at a game . They steal from the public
