Lori Padilla @ GuardMetrics is absolutely amazing. She has helped me on countless occasions. Her customer service skills go above and beyond. She always responds in a timely manner. On this particular instance she guided me every step of the way on the phone while trying to troubleshoot a device. She is very attentive to detail and makes the process effortless. She is very patient and kind as well as accommodating. Many interruptions occurred on my end due to work as a security manager but she was very responsive and patient even letting me call her back due to a previous meeting I forgot I had scheduled at the same time our call was going on. Thanks for all that you do Lori. If any other issues arise I know I can count on her to help me resolve them.

Our phone was not working correctly with the app. I contacted Lori P and she walked me through each step of the process.
