Customer service is severely lacking. Responses to tickets are he generic and does not solve the original issue at hand. The mobile game is being closed down under the guise of a release of a new PC client and current toons cannot be transferred over. This means loss of progress worth 2 years of time and money for many people and this decision threw loyal players out the window and into the cliffs. Severely disappointed.
