I am writing this review late. I used this locations services back in October of 2024 to repair my iPhone 15 pro max that was in perfect condition other than a cracked rear glass which is the issue I was coming to them to fix. I had them replace the back glass and I thought everything was fine again. Unfortunately the very next day somehow moisture got into my phone because the new glass they put on the back had not been properly sealed and my phone experienced water damage and just stopped working. I then took my phone back to them and they got it to work. However, the Face ID never worked again. When I got water in my phone, I had to give it to them for a week to fix and I need my phone all the time for work so this was a major headache. when I finally got my phone back, it worked, but they told me they could not fix the Face ID, which worked perfectly before I brought my phone to them. They told me that the black glass that they put on my phone was high-quality however I keep my phone in a shockproof waterproof, heavy duty case at all times and somehow within less than two weeks the back glass that they put on my phone had shattered in the case again.i could hear something rattling around in my case one day and when i opened it I noticed the back glass was shattered again and it wasn’t even thanksgiving yet. I didn’t drop my phone in that time nor did my phone experience any trauma, but somehow the glass shattered again before I brought my phone to them in the first place the original glass on the back of my phone had survived many falls. But yet the glass that they replaced it with couldn’t even stand up to normal wear and tear in my pocket in a heavy duty case. The owner and the employee that work here are very very nice people, and I believe that they try their best to satisfy all their customers however, I was not satisfied with my service and now I have to type in my password every time I use my iPhone 15 and I can’t take my phone out of the case Because the glass in the back will fall out. This is without a doubt one of the best places I have ever dealt with for service on my iPad. I came in late on a Saturday afternoon. I asked them what time they close they said 4 o’clock I said do you think you can fix it today because that is my books. Everything on that iPad he said well I’ll try two hours later. He called me at 3:30 and it was done Just the best service the nicest man great store just five stars all around thank you very much.
