Great service. They were pretty helpful with my questions in excel. However, their support in general for payment and account is awful. It honestly looks like a scam. I got a monthly subscription and was going to cancel after 1 month. However, there is no option to cancel your subscription at all. And you can't even remove your credit card information. Every online website has an option for you to remove your credit card information, however, this website does not. It does not feel safe at all. Also, when I emailed them to cancel my subscription, I sent them an email from the wrong email by accident, however, got a response within an hour saying I didn't have an account linked to that email address. Realizing my mistake, I emailed from the correct account. It has been almost 2 weeks with no response and I've been charged for the next month subscription, even though I only used the product for the first week of the previous month subscription. This is unacceptable that I cannot get any contact from a website with an active account in which I pay for to get a service in which the only way to cancel a subscription is through emailing. And yes, I have written multiple emails within the last two weeks from the active subscription email with no response. Absolutely scummy.
