Had a wonderful experience using go share to get a power recliner sofa with 6 big boxes delivered from local Costco store to my apartment. The individuals were very professional and punctual. I applied, paid for background check. Everything came back fine then they asked me for truck pictures and documents and I uploaded everything they asked for. Few days later they approved my documents and pictures are still in review and it’s been more then a month now. how many months does it takes a company to review and approve the pictures? What a joke

I truly had the best experience with GoShare! I just purchased a 2 piece sectional and at the last minute, was told by the furniture store staff that they could not deliver it. They referred me to GoShare to help with my delivery. I’ve never heard of them so I was a little skeptical at first but by the end of the delivery process I was very impressed. It took under a minute to download and sign up for the app. I entered my delivery details and I was partnered with a delivery expert. David (a partner delivery expert from GoShare) reached out to me soon after the app confirmed my request to see if he could come out at that moment to start helping me. David arrived to the furniture store in less than 30 minutes. The furniture staff (again) failed to mention that it would take them an hour to wrap my sectional. David was very pleasant and agreed to wait at the store for the sectional to get ready. David was able to load the sectional into his truck bed and brought it to my house. David then went above and beyond by helping me carry it into my house and up to the second floor. Without David, that couch would have been our new first floor couch LOL! Many thanks to GoShare and a million thanks to David for his professionalism and capability to lift the sectional! I highly recommend GoShare for all your “friend with a truck” needs.

GoShare was such a great experience. I was out shopping at HomeGoods for my new home and I ended up picking out large pieces of furniture that were already put together and had no room to fit them in my SUV. I downloaded the GoShare app while shopping in the store quickly created an account set up an appointment in a matter of minutes. The gentleman quickly arrived to pick up my furniture and deliver the pieces back to my house all while I went on shopping at other stores. He was professional, friendly, handled my items with great care and I will definitely be using this service again in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised when informed of your company that provides the delivery service I needed. The staff at Living Spaces were more than helpful in recommending and assisting with your online app and I found the pricing was very reasonable however, I was under the impression the required movers and equipment was pre-determined by GoShare knowing what's required to move the couch (photo sent to GoShare) . The app had me slightly confused when asked what optional movers & services to include. I knew the motorized leather couch was very heavy so I requested a furniture dolly ($5 extra charge in the options list) though it was ultimately not needed due to the use of lifting straps.

The mover and an assistant were contacted immediately by GoShare and I was contacted by both within a few minutes while I was still in the store. I was pleased to see the app quickly provided prompt delivery and payment confirmations to include the photos of both movers. Again, the service provided by GoShare was flawless as I received the couch exactly on the following day and exact time requested. Living Spaces did a great job in documenting the condition of the couch and full plastic wrap for transport. GoShare was instrumental in my decision to buying the couch since there was no delivery option available for floor display items.

Signing up through the Apple iPhone App Store was easy. The process is intuitive and as simple as possible. I requested a service before we left the store - 10 minutes from start to finish. We were linked to a transport company within 10 minutes before we managed to leave the plaza. The service we received was prompt, professional, friendly, accurate and with great care. Will recommend to any friend who needs fast, reliable transport avoiding the overpriced premiums of others. Will definitely use again.
