Would highly recommend Gone Fishing Marine if you are in the market for a boat. They have a great selection of new, used and consignment crafts available. Mark did a great job in negotiating my consignment deal with the previous owner and allowed us to arrive at a fair price for both of us. Cannot recommend this establishment highly enough.

Where do I start....the repair shop....I purchased a new boat from these clowns and needed a trolling motor installed. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment and was told It would take 1 day to be completed. 3 days later it was completed. Got out on the water and the motor started vibrating. Upon inspection one of the only 4 bolts they put in was Stripped. I called and I was told that a temporary employee fixed it and they had more than 1 complaint about his work and to bring it back and they will make it right. WRONG! I took it back and still had to come home and fix it myself.

I will save the horror story of buying a boat from these clowns for another time.

These guys have taken care of me from start to finish and even after I left with it, they never hesitated to answer my calls or emails with questions or shied away from getting back to me. Shout out to the team at Gone Fishin Marine! First time boat owner here. A longtime coming. I’ve wanted a boat for years and I’d been actively hunting for the right boat for the last 6 months.

My perfect boat was one suitable for fishing and also hanging out on the water with friends and family. Size mattered too since parking is limited. I’m thankful for Gone Fishin Marine in Dixon.

The team there cared thoughtfully for my interests, needs and had options. As a first time buyer I was nervous, but I never felt pressured in one direction or another. I decided on a Tracker V16 Pro Guide WT. It was used and in amazing condition for a fair price. This shop has a great selection of inventory.

I don’t usually give a 10/10 score on anything. Who’s perfect right? But, the whole process from beginning to end from sales, finance, service departments were on point. They’re a one-stop shop.

Absolutely the best customer service! They fixed all my post-purchase issues for free even though the boat I purchased was a consignment one. Their sales manager, Mark, was especially kind and considerate. He went above and beyond to make sure I was totally happy with my boat purchase.
