Best Buy is Great!! I bought a new laptop for my daughter & was sent to this location to pick it up. They sent a text when it was ready & had it waiting when we got there. The guy was super nice!

None of the sales people knew if they carried portable speakers and 2 of them told me they'd never heard of such a thing. I guess the 13 different models in the counter didn't size up?

One stop shop for much of your home entertainment, electronics galore at best buy, with a Barnes in Noble next to it, been going here for years. Never had an issue and the employees at both have always been friendly

This was my second visit and very disappointed. My first visit was excellent in all areas but this time around it failed. Service was slow to lacking. Our server was new but she had waitressed before and we shouldn't have to ask a near by waiter to go find her. We got hamburgers and fries that were just typical. Had to ask twice for water. It will be awhile before I go back.

My time at the Best Buy was so sad, it made me lose faith in humanity. There were guys all over the front of the store that work there, none in the back. I was in there at least 20 minutes looking at large screen tvs, no one offered to help nor could I get anyone's attention. So I dragged the 43' tv up to a cashier and no help offered until I was walking out the door.
