Came in today to sell some guns that were just collecting dust in the safe wasn’t expecting anything out of the norm for the transaction little did I know I was going to have a great experience and conversation worked with a gentleman named Gregg on the transaction he was very VERY knowledgeable and passionate about firearms(even showed me one from his personal collection)spent a time speaking with him on the topic gave a fair market value on my guns where another shop couldn’t even find the model of my revolver saying “it’s supposed to be a 22.” After a brief google search If you’re looking for a forever gun shop where the employees enjoy speaking to you about firearms have a constant stream of interesting firearms come in then you found the spot ! Would highly recommend this store to gun enthusiasts not many of these type of stores left out there.

There’s is a employee there called Martha that had the worst attitude I’ve seen come from a worker in years so disrespectful towards me I had brought 10 ounces of Silver to sell she First said she doesn’t buy silver even though she is working in a pawnshop when I asked if this is a pawnshop she said yes than made me a offer for 40 dollars for 10oz of silver when asking if she knows what she talking about she said yes with a attitude and said I wont buy it that , 40 dollars for 10oz of silver is ok when she looked up the pricing which 1oz of silver is selling for 30 dollars she looked at me and said that is retail i have had the worst expense with this shop and i wish no one ever gets treated the way i was or scammed for what she was trying to pull I am so upset that i took time out my day to write this.

EVERYTIME I go in here they make me feel like I'm trying to sell them counterfeit items. Which I never have not would I!! The older lady is less than pleasant to deal with, VERY judgemental. She doesn't know how to test gold or silver. Honestly I'm not sure anyone that works there knows much about gold/silver testing... That or they're running a scam where they pretend they don't know nothing, and try to see how many idiots buy their false stories and low ball offers... I've walked out of there a few times when they either way low balled me or straight up accused me of trying to sell counterfeit items, and went to another pawn shop and sold the items no problem.
If you're looking to sell your valuables I would take them to la familia pawn down the street off military. They offered me top dollar for my items and the process was painless and fast.

For the record the owner Gregg is VERY NICE:) sorry for this review. But your employees really stink, & you need to step up your game. I will always stop in to see if things have changed and will absolutely update this review if in the future things have changed.

This place sucks. I had a gun transferred there because the online vendor didn't have any of the stores I normally use listed and I didn't want to go through the effort of adding them. Boy that was a mistake. I got a phone call when my gun arrived and was told the transfer was forty dollars. I mean, that's at least ten dollars too much for a transfer, but that's not a big deal. I do the paperwork and go to pay and the attendant says "40 dollars cash". I explain I don't have cash. Well I HAVE to pay in cash. I of course respond with " your sign right here says visa" well they only do transfers in cash. Apparently that's their policy, unlike every reputable dealer ever. I even suggested that I would buy something else and they can mark it up forty dollars. They said no. So I have to leave and come back in rush hour. Won't ever come back.

Been going here for years...I love their selection of guns. Extremely knowledgeable Staff. This is a great place to buy a gun for a Novice.
The will take your choice of gun, and go over all the features, safety tips for handling, and fair pricing out the door.
The staff are very friendly, always make you feel welcome.

Amazing customer service and very impressive selection of firearms! My husband and I have been coming here once a week or so for the last year and we learn something new every single time. Johnny and Greg are wonderful! You can tell they’re passionate about what they do as they’re always eager to answer our (many!) questions and share their vast knowledge of guns with us. Martha is amazing and welcomes us as if we’re family every time we step foot in the shop. Impressive selection of firearms, extremely knowledgeable staff, and top notch customer service from these guys every time we visit. We will be coming here for many years to come!

Man I have no idea what’s going on with the people that work here or the owner but do not work with them. Go somewhere where they actually call you back about your background and ones that remember their own policy. As far as the prices go, I’ve seen worst prices for guns but I look for great customer service. When that’s in place I don’t mind spending my money. Just get your things in order and be professional.
