I had an amazing time at game time the other day I wanna say I wanna think that really The supervisor Sandy took good care of me. She went above and beyond to make me have a very exceptional service me and my friends were here and we spent at least roughly like three or four hours in. I don’t really get a chance to see them because they come out of state and the fact that we went to a place so we didn’t expect to have such great service. I wanna really take the time to appreciate the supervisor for everything that she did for us at night she’s very smart and I hope the company is taking care of her I hate to see good people not being taken care of her! That moment felt like a once and a life time experience ✨😎

I had an amazing experience at Game Time! Thank you so much to the MVP Sandy. Her patience is one of kind and her customer service was outstanding. She took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us navigate the games, and made sure we had a great time. It’s rare to find someone so understanding and willing to go the extra mile to ensure every guest feels valued. I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism definitely the kind of service that keeps people coming back. Highly recommend visiting and asking for Sandy if you need assistance!

Visited for the first time 7-2-24
Great place! Easy to get to, right off Colonial and plenty of free parking.
Super clean gaming area with 100's of video games!
Restaurant with full bar is adjacent to the gaming floor to keep an eye on kids.
We tried the cheese pizza, chicken fingers and cheese curds. All were delicious. They have a pretty extensive menu and VERY reasonable prices.
Tuesdays they offer a few items at $10 and a timed play card for four hours for also $10! You cannot win prizes but can play unlimited for four hours! What a deal.
Steve, our bartender and server for the day, was GREAT! Super knowledge and friendly.
Clean restrooms.
I'd say we'll be back, but we already have been back.

We came to eat wings, which were AMAZING, but they add an 18 percent gratitude, which I do not appreciate. I understand on large parties adding 15% only, but it was 2 of us. I do beleive its in the servers' minds there that they can slack off and do whatever, and they still get a great 18% tip. I had to go get our Waite to add for a refill of iced tea, then waited about ten minutes, and had to get up again to ask again and about 5 minutes later, we got it. We also sat a while after we were done, and Luis never brought the check..again I had to find him and about 10 minutes after that, I actually got the check. Food is really good but the service ruins it.

GameTime has gone completely downhill, and after my most recent visit, I can confidently say I will never be coming back. The service was an absolute disaster from start to finish. My server failed to enter my order correctly, admitted to the mistake, and when I asked for a correction, she was unable to fix it. Instead, she brought out her manager, Matt, who made the situation even worse.

Rather than taking responsibility, Matt flat-out refused to acknowledge the mistake and dismissed me by saying there was “nothing he could do.” I wasn’t asking for a discount or any special accommodations I just wanted them to own up to their errors. But apparently, accountability doesn’t exist at this establishment.

It’s clear that the automatic 18% gratuity has killed any incentive for decent service. Why should the servers care when they’re getting tipped no matter how poorly they perform? The result is a staff that is careless, inattentive, and completely unbothered by their mistakes.

Beyond just my terrible experience, it’s obvious that this place is going downhill fast. Between the declining service, poor management, and general lack of professionalism, it’s only a matter of time before GameTime becomes just another failed restaurant that couldn’t keep up. If you value good service, competent staff, and managers who actually care about their customers, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. GameTime is a joke.

Food was not so great. Ordered tenders and they came out Luke warm. Server is great lots of fun at the games. Just wish the food was better. The atmosphere was really cool. Definitely coming back but eating elsewhere.

Nice private dining. Not many people. But that's a good thing. Get to spend time with or by yourself in peace. Definitely recommend. And the drinks are not bad priced either.

Took my 3 little cousins here for the first time today 3/23/2025. Matt was very helpful in explaining the point system and helped us purchase a card with 185 points for all 3 kids to share. We ordered a pizza which was super delicious. However, things took a turn when redeeming the prizes using the points earned from playing the games. The kiosk where you choose what prize you want is a TOTAL SCAM. The photo will show a ten pack of ring pops for 200+ points for example. Just for you to get ONE single ring pop. The photos are all very misleading and it was very disappointing to get ONE little piece of candy when it’s advertised as multiple. There were TWO very rude and dismissive young ladies working at the prize counter who turned their backs on me in the middle of me trying to ask them about the false advertising of the prize kiosk. Horrible customer service probably because they know this type of deception is shameful.
