I absolutely love the atmosphere, as well as the owner. I will say this: instead of charging customers by the hour, I think it would be an excellent idea to implement membership cards. For instance, have a 1 Month, 3 Month, 6 Months, or even 1 Year membership cards.

Overall, what a wonderful gaming lounge store to have acquired at the NEA Region. I hope Gamers Hideout continues to grow.

We loved going to the gaming lounge! They have something for everyone! Super cool atmosphere and very laid back! Everyone needs to check this place out! Very affordable too.

Finally, a place in Jonesboro, Arkansas, for entertainment! Big screens and classic games! Pool table upstairs. Party's! Just found this place! Hangout after school. I felt safe.

This was an amazing choice to have my 10yr olds birthday party!!! Prices weren't too high, the service was impeccable! The kids played with everything like their favorite video games, pool, VR, shooting basketball, to actually sit back and play and socialize with each other. The service was never once rude or seemed bothered even with 15 kids running around asking for help left and right. Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend to anybody!!!!

My family and I had a fun time. I loved playing pong table and pool. My children loved the pac man and basketball. It was a great price for the things we got to do. Will definitely be going back. And I loved how the staff was checking on us. Thank you so much for a fun time out.

Rented this place for my sons birthday. It was great! The owner was friendly and interactive without overdoing it and he gave back showing customer appreciation. I highly recommend this place if you or you kids love gaming.

I had the pleasure of enjoying this facility for my daughter's birthday party. Its a great place with all sorts of games and things to do. The owner, Michael, was extremely helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back again.
