Horrible customer service, will tell the customer what they want to hear just to get the sale... Went with my 16 year old son to buy an original x-box and they didn't have all the parts/cables to verify it worked. Associate told me repeatedly I had 2 days to test it out if I wasn't satisfied I could get a full refund. Went back the next morning and they completely refused to refund it. Even called the associate that said I could bring it back. Finally had to raise my voice and the cashier very rudely shoved the money in my hand.
