Had gone here with a friend of mine whom had lets say about 45 old baseball cards and wanted to sell them,also had about 12 football cards. Mind you all ungraded..The employee told a new employee it's your turn on cards and just let him learn all alone without any help except the computer so 2 and half hours later my friend comes out hands me 8bucks said well that's all they bought was one of your football cards and wanted to give him less than 2 bucks for his cards. Needless to say don't go there unless you have graded cards and we'll just don't go there period with cards to sell. I'm banned from the store I was told but for no reason given and I contacted corporate office several times leaving vm after VM no return call and unreturned emails as to why I'm banned which makes no sense I've only sold my son's games here.

Back in March I purchased a refurbished PlayStation 4 console from GameStop and never worked right and never got anywhere with them . I recently came across game exchange and I'm impressed with them . Very knowledgeable and nice staff . They got me fixed up with another PlayStation 4 and not bad prices. They have tons of games to comic books with great prices

The people here don’t know what they’re talking about when it comes to their customers. One day I went in there and they were talking crap about people who played DND until I told them that I played DND and they backtracked real fast.

They like to try to say that I have to have a police report to see if I have stolen goods there and it is law. It is not law. All they have to do is say yes or no I want them to show me the law that says they can’t.

Brought someone to bring game console to sell to game x-change. They paid him what they said they would over they phone and were fairly quick even though they had to hook up game console to make sure it was working properly and even bought a broken controller that they were informed was broken in advance.

Brought some old games in. About 5 and got 90 bucks. Can't beat that. Far
better prices than game stop. Has great selection of used Dvds too.
