Gem of place for anything video game console related!
Great prices and friendly customer service.
Took my brothers Ps5 due to over heating and was returned working perfect!
They also took care of my Ds lites for screen repairs, and I'm very happy with the results. The wavebird controller I bought from them, works perfect, too.

My PS5 stopped reading game discs and blue rays. Gave game & video a call and brought my PS5 in. Repair took 2 days and the repair cost was reasonable. Overall great experience and a very smooth transaction. Would definitely recommend this shop if you need a console repaired and are in the Los Angeles area!

Hello everyone
I have to say I enjoy going to games & Video.
Been a loyal customer for a good couple of years or so. Two days ago I went in for a repair job for my PS5. A picture frame slam into the HDMI plug ruined my ps5 HDMI. So my PS5 no longer showing any pictures. I was getting different amounts on how much it will cost to repair this thing. At that point I was like debating if I should just buy a new PS5 and just give up on this one. if I send it to PlayStation themselves, they were asking 330+ tax and other places were asking for 250 to 300 for repairs. The owner of shop that was running the shop and she gave me an amount for $180 for repairs. Not only that they even throw in a cleaning of dust buildup and replace the thermal liquid in my PS5. I gave my PS5 on Thursday doing the afternoon and she gave it back to me on Friday night! I was expecting to wait maybe Saturday or Monday. A fast repair and return time! I am quite satisfied since last time I came here for a repair job. They fixed up my PS4 pretty easily for $100 for a damage laser reader for the disc drive. They also have a good amount of games that some people might enjoy having, ps4, ps5, Xbox 360, Wii, switch and many more. I highly recommend coming by in and looking around. I highly recommend swinging by and checking out their huge collection of games and offers. Even last week, Ingot myself a copy of Stella blade for them! Please check them out as it’s the few video game stores in LA isnt a GameStop.

Fixed my Nintendo Switch right side controller about a week ago for $35 total. Great pricing here plus some places cost $40 for the repair I got. So far, it works perfectly without any problems. Plus, the lady there is very nice and friendly while also explaining any problems I need to know kindly. Completely recommend it here.

This place is the best place to fix all your console needs and they even fixed stuff I didn’t know I needed for no extra charge and cleaned the inside of the console for no extra charge as well !! I’m so thankful for the service on top of repairing my hdmi port for a great price 🙏🏾 not to mention how nice the customer service was at the front desk 💯 highly recommend this place

Very nice game store has everything gamestop has plus more and does repairs on consoles I’m very pleased to have found out about this place took 24 hours to fix my broken hdmi port on my ps5 super nice and friendly reasonable price and did dedicated cleaning on the inside of my console for free to top it off 5/5 for me everyone should go to this place for console repairs or to just shop this place is my new GameStop forsure !
