Stopped by to check it out. No selection on mini yet. Bought 2 funco of kirk and khan. Floor too creaky lol, people were friendly, greeted me. Saw a few things my brother likes, the pictures.

Bought a Playstation 2 from them near the end November only to fine out the controller they gave me with the Playstation 2 doesn't work at all. Even unplugged n plug it back still nothing even rested the Playstation 2 to see if it well fix it but still nothing. Don't trust the controller that comes with the console

Always a good experience here. I’ve been coming here since this place opened in 1998, the owner, his family, and all of his employees have always been great. They all know their stuff ,are kind and overall just really cool people. I will shop here until the day I die!

I wasn't going to say anything because it's not that big of a deal, but because this family business has no ethical integrity, I feel I have to. My brother is a die-hard Pokemon fan and a loyal supporter of mom-and-pop stores. He has been shopping at this store for years. My mom and brother were the 2nd and third in line for these cards and waited for two hours for them. They played by the rules and were told they would get them for sure but the store said they would call them when they came in because the shipment was delayed. I was put on the list, and since I was an hour away, I waited with my family until I said something fishy was up with them and went home. Sure enough, I got a call from them saying they didn't get any of the ones in which we won, but they did have the less valuable ones, and they would sell them to use for the same price as the highly valuable ones, which was a double markup. I told them to keep them as I don't support or do business with shady, non-respectful businesses. That would have been the end of our encounter, but since this place is disgusting, it isn't. My young brother and daughter chose to leave reviews on the company's Facebook because the same day they said they did get the cards in, some big guy made a video bragging about the cards being sold out, but they were going to be auctioning the ones they have off with a 20.00 entry fee. This place sucks, and they made multiple posts making fun of them, saying they are so sad because they are mad about shiny cardboard. If you want an honorable company that is going to do things fairly and with integrity, go to Game Stop. Don't waste time with these frauds!

Late night game hunts always gets me somewhere interesting. This store is basically a shared store, with classic, retro and current games and collectibles in the front, and the party for vape entheusiasts in the back!

Didn't get to find anything truly exciting, but I did find a rather uncommon release of Kemco RPG Selection for the Switch. So this place is definitely worth looking into for you gamers out there.

Wow that's crazy, Jasmine called to tell us that we would no longer be receiving one and that you guys didnt get any at all in. Since there was a delay between 1-4 on receiving shipment we were allowed to put our name on a list to get it and they would call us. Turns out Jasmine called us 5pm that night and informed us that they didn't get anything except the posters. We had 4 people put their name down for these ETB training card boxes, as we all collect them and truly enjoy collecting for ourselves. She said since we didnt get in any of the ETB we could all get a poster except one because her associate sold it to someone else even though it was promised to us. We loved this mom and pop shop when we went in, but to have been lied to and then told that the poster would be 36.00 instead of the 24.00 that they are selling for, which due to a sad story the owner gave us about delivery and dealing with the manufacturer we were willing to buy still. Then low and behold this morning we see that you in fact had them come in and sold them out from under us is insane. We will not being using you guys anymore and will recommend to everyone to go to game stop over you as this company is dishonest and lies to their customers who care about mom and pop shops.

RESPONSE TO OWNER:
If we got the "shiny cardboard" or not that's additional revenue we were more than willing to give you as a mom and pop shop. It's also crazy to see how you are making fun of a hobby that brings people to your store also. You guys are a 2nd hand thrift store who makes more money from your vape store than your game section, so I can more than likely guarantee; the way you guys do shady business you'll be out way before game stop. Especially since you dont even own your facility. It's the simple fact that you all told us about how the distributors were screwing you over to then turn around and do it your customers. It's plain and simple if you had no intentions of selling them to us, you shouldn't have put people on a wait list letting them know that they were ours when they came in. Honesty and loyalty to customers goes a long way in running a business. Something you don't have and it shows.

Really the only best thing about your store is your dog.

Pretty awesome store all their prices are very reasonable and the customer service was phenomenal definitely a local business I recommend supporting.

Great selection. The flavor I like is discontinued and they had no problem spending some extra time with me to look in the back for inventory and let me try some other flavors before buying. Very friendly staff.
