I would love nothing but to give a good review but I cannot. It really should be a one star but due to that my son at least received some decent drills as a first timer, the Winter season was horrible as a unit for the newbies that came on board: Ignored, no communication, no responses and going into the Spring we gave Jon time to respond and get back to us due to the craziness & uncertainties, but again, like Winter, no responses - left phone messages, emailed numerous times and even sent a letter. Sadly, we are not going to support this organization physically or financially (if it survives after Co-vid) like we had thought, but we will happily go somewhere else. It is sad that some people like us are just not important enough for business people to reach out, be open & communicate. If he/they cannot respond, then they should not be in business. We will experience more positive sportsmanship, games, learning environments & better communication somewhere else. NOT Game Time Athletics. Very sad.

After reading these reviews I am heartbroken. My family has been involved in the league for years as my brother has played 8 seasons and I have coached for three. Jon Picus and his family have done so much to provide a positive environment for all of the athletes and families involved. The most recent winter season (which historically has the least amount of registrations) combined 14u and 12u in order to provide a division for older athletes. The schedule changes because the owners try and accommodate for all coaches. I would highly recommend GameTime athletics as it has taught my brother to be a true sportsman and has helped to build a positive competitive environment in both Cave Creek and Scottsdale.

I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund for a canceled season. Not a single response. I do not want a "credit" for a different season because my child plays other sport . It's a shame because my child does enjoy playing flag football when our schedule permits, but we will go someplace else next time. Horrible customer service
