Late posting this but, I bought a couch from them during the Black Friday sale they had going on and the staff were phenomenal. They cut a greater deal for me when I found a couch I really wanted to put it in my price range. Forever grateful to finally get rid of the cheap futon I had and put this comfortable couch in its place. Thank you all!

Lovely quality furniture! I totally appreciate the welcoming and friendly owner and sales associate that worked with us! Answered all of our questions , and helped us find what we were looking for. Brandon welcomed us in and we proceeded to look at loveseats. We found one we liked but needed a different color. He said it could be ordered and be there in a week. Delivery was offered but we chose pickup. We went to look at two other stores, but Furniture Showplace had what we wanted for the best price. We were able to call Brandon back and placed the order by phone. It was a very easy procedure. We have bought from Furniture Showplace before and were happy then too.

The minute we walked into the showroom, we were greeted with a friendly, knowledgeable associate (Andrew)who let us see the different variations of La-Z-Boy sofas and chairs. Andrew researched many options to meet our needs and gave us the space to decide without the pressure of a quick sale. We highly recommend going in to see their inventory.

Brandon was great! He did an excellent job helping us pick out a sofa and answered all of our questions about the different materials and fabrics. He let us take a few swatches home so we could see how the colors and patterns looked in our space. I cannot wait for our new sofa to arrive!

Brandon was helpful in helping me pick out the perfect chair for our needs. The showroom was clean and well organized with plenty of options to choose from. While you could customize most furniture items I found it helpful having most of the options available to look at on a piece and not just a small sample. The service after the sale was great as well. I went in looking for a couple of items. The staff person I talked to was really pleasant and helpful. They have a selection from 3-4 different makers. A lot of it on display is all grayish though, which is what is popular but not particularly classic. When the gray trend goes, you’d be stuck. I suppose that is the point of trends. You have to update. I’ll wait until this one passes. It doesn’t make me want to part with my $$$. This is store marketing choice and not the staff. Staff was very good.
