Frontline Gaming is an amazing group with fantastically skilled artists. I've never had any miniatures painted by anyone else before, and when I decided to get a McFlarlane figure as a cabinet display of my favorite 40k Chapter, I wanted it done right and they were the group most recommended.

And I can see why. The finished piece is phenomenal. Infinity better than anything I could have ever done. Their communication is solid and they kept me in the loop on every step. It is a bit of a long process, but it was very much worth the wait.

When my figure came up in the artist queue, they had updated pictures going along and my jaw dropped when I saw the skills applied. Every detail I asked for was accommodated and details I didn't even think of, like text on the wrist communicator, were done fantastically.

As would apply to this figure, the articulation points have all been maintained and are no more loose nor stiff than I'd expect a fresh figure to be, still very pose able. Pricing was fair, especially given the size of the figure compared to a normal Primaris miniature.

This was well worth the time and money and I am so glad I got it done by real professionals and I will recommend them to anyone who wants an ideal display piece.

Competent and quality customer service still exists! I have proof! My experience with these guys was awesome. Decided to order my boyfriend a 44x60 table and a 6x4 mat for Christmas. After I ordered everything, their customer support gal called because she saw I was a first time customer. First, they verified my order specifications and I’m glad they did!! I was off on one of the sizes and we caught it before my order went thru. She gave me a quick rundown on their process for delivery too. They let me know that the table would ship separately from the mat and terrain because each piece is custom made to order. I really appreciated that information because:
A) It’s a gift and I don’t want a certain somebody to see it. And,
B) Had I not known, I would have thought the first delivery was incomplete and then wasted time trying to figure it out!

I’ve now received everything - and IT’S PERFECT. He’s going to love the whole setup. Awesome experience!!

Have always had nothing but great experience with Frontline Gaming. I had the fortunate opportunity to attend their Las Vegas Open this year and meet their very helpful staff.
They also have excellent customer service through the online store where I have found top end products for my gaming endeavors. I may not be the best tabletop gamer but they help me look good doing it. lol

New to tabletop gaming, figured I'd go with the "champions of tabletop" to buy some things. It's been a full 72 hours since I ordered a small amount of paint, and the order hasn't shipped. Buyer beware - many other online tabletop stores ship next day, or even same day. Do not buy here, I won't be in the future - and the speed is not due to the holiday season, we haven't even hit Black Friday. I've managed retail stores, this is a 10 minute task at most.

Their products are great. Their holiday service sucks. I placed an order on Dec 11th. I got the email on Dec 23rd that it finally shipped. So much for those presents being under the tree. If I would have known on the 11th that it would not be shipped until 2 days before Xmas, I wouldn't have bothered. But of course, that's most likely why they didn't say anything. 🙁
