Fossil Rim Wildlife Center is an amazing place to visit, especially if you’re an animal lover! The drive-through safari experience is unforgettable. There are so many animals to see up close, and getting to feed them is such a fun experience. The giraffes were definitely the highlight for us — they are so friendly and majestic!

The park is well-maintained, and it’s clear that they really care about the animals. We loved how interactive the experience was, and it’s great for kids and adults alike. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable too.

We do wish there were even more animals and exhibits in the future. Definitely a must-visit spot for a unique wildlife experience! We’ll be back again!

So much fun!! I purchased my tickets a month in advance but I guess I had some previous tickets left in my cart so I deleted the wrong ones and booked the wrong day. Fortunately they do allow 1 reschedule and emailed them the request and the very next day I received an email confirmation. There was no wait to get in, however the vehicle in front of us was stopped at the entrance for awhile, but the drive is wide enough that cars can go around, just watch out for wildebeasts lol overall we had fun, and had to check a giraffe a couple times for getting greedy with the treats

My girl scout Troop did the scout experience and loved it. The staff were amazing and you can see how passionate they are about what they do. We got to see a lot of animals and we learned so much. It was fun feeding them and watching my girls get this amazing experience. The facilities were nice and they provided good food. I highly recommend this place for any scout Troop.

My family visited Fossil Rim today, this time we decided to take the guided tour instead of driving it ourselves, so that we could get a different experience and all enjoy the trip together.

The tour guide, Brianna was amazing, and we enjoyed the tour, although the seats are not super comfortable and when the bus stopped to talk more about the animals for long periods of time, it was miserably hot - the metal sides of the bus got very hot to the touch, so we had to be careful that my one-year-old granddaughter didn't burn her legs on them.

My granddaughter particularly loved the children's animal center and petting the goats.

The facilities were nice, and restrooms were clean. The cafe is a nice stop and offers amazing scenic views for great pictures if you have a good zoom lens.

Really didn't seem to excited this time.I remember them not being afraid to come up to vehicle.SC has them and you literally can kiss the animals!!These are afraid and you just drop the food.No fun anymore.Wont go back.Love All Animals but this seemed boring.

I recently visited the park and, unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. If you're planning a trip, I highly recommend avoiding hot weather, as most animals were hiding in the shadows or under trees, making them difficult to see. In terms of value, a trip to the zoo would be a much better investment. Here, we only spotted a few deer scattered throughout the park. We were hoping to see more exciting animals like giraffes and cheetahs, but luck was not on our side.
Overall, I found the experience to be overrated. The variety of animals was limited to a few common species, and it simply cannot compare to the Arbuckle Reserve. The drive and entrance fee felt wasted, especially since we were given a very small amount of animal feed.
While we had a great time during previous visits, the quality has clearly declined, leaving our kids disappointed. It’s a shame because we were looking forward to a memorable day, but the experience fell far short of what we expected.

You receive a bag of pellets to feed the wildlife. It is very entertaining to see how the animals react to the approaching cars and direct you to throw the food down for them.

What a cool experience! I did the self guided tour. Estimated to take 1-2 hours but we were in & out in about 45 mins, even with stopping to get footage, mostly due to low capacity. There was probably 5 cars throughout the trail. Which is lead by small signs with arrows that point in the direction to keep you on track. The giraffe literally swallowed up the whole cone, paper and all. 😂 cafe had decent prices, but no meals. have to buy sides and drink separately. Staff was nice. So happy we went, we actually got to see pretty much every. general animal in the pamphlet. Go have fun!
