I booked a shower there was 1 waiting so I seated over there in waiting room. During I was waiting it's shows 4 guest head. I wait over there 1 hours. But still waiting 4 guest ahead. Then I go in side and try to see whats going on. I saw there was 5 or 6 shower used and there was no one for preparing shower for next customer. So I got some pics. That's the service they are providing. I lost my 1 hour mean 70 miles.

The staff is not qualified?I received my number for the shower, which I waited for more than an hour, after my number appeared I went to the shower to enter the code on the door, the code did not light up green, I was offered to go to the cashier to refresh. The cashier gave me a new number, ignored my problem, I had number 65, they gave me 76, which means I have to wait some more hour, instead of opening the door for me, I was told to wait, thank you for the lowest level of customer service

Clean stocked store & Friendly personnel. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of hot & cold on-the-go foods. Souvenirs. Laundry, showers. Cement lot. Kinda perturbed with the laundry room. Clean room but only 1 of 3 washers working. We get so tired of Flying J/Pilots machines, they are always broken down no matter which state your in smh… Otherwise nice place!

The showers here were extremely dirty in the worker was cleaningThe toilets with the towels You dry off with.hair in the drain rice in the sink, and while we were waiting for them to clean the dirty shower.I noticed that the guy used to the dirty towels from the previous guest to clean the floor Real quickly with his foot kicked then out andClosed the door. And reset it for the next guest. And then gave me an attitude that I actually wanted the shower clean..... had to come back on here and leave a second part of a review.im stuck at this location and came in this morning to get coffee and igo into the bathroom and I've always wondered why pilot bathrooms smell like moldy pissed on towels. Well now I know the worker was using the shower towels to clean the urinals. Then he proceeded to clean the walls with the same towel that he cleaned the inside of the urinal with.... So I wasn't wrong. They really do smell like moldy piss towels because he's using one to wipe the walls.

Went @5:30am to take a shower and got shower #12. I tried to set water to be luke warm yet it seems as if no cold water was in the system. Water was too hot for me and I had to force a shower plus the shower head is being damaged and needs to be changed. It is hanging downs, (parallel to the wall) and cannot stay adjusted to have the water protruding outwards. So I had to be so close to the wall to be under that super hot? ? shower.

Flying J has better food than love's. The sunset and sunrises here are just the best. Whenever I do a Cali run I plan to stop here. I have walked to several restaurants in the area and love the nostalgic route 66 history in the town.

Worst Customer Service ever. I mean Flying J has always been leading truck stops at bad customer service but this truck stop goes above and beyond the FlyingJ standards of bad customer service. Manager who was training a new team member started arguing with me about existence of Shower Power. She was totally unaware of existence of reward called Shower Power. Until the cleaning person came from showers and explained to Madam Manager how Shower Power works.
