Hello, i would just like to say that i really do like the work and creations this company has come up with, ESPECIALLY OurWorld. The game had a huge toll on my childhood, i made friends, and learned a few new things from playing it, that's why it was so hard to say goodbye when i heard of the shutdowns. i was 8 when i started playing and the game shut down right around the time i turned 14 (a few months after i did.) Please, get the game running up again, many long time fans and enthusiasts miss the fun times that were spent on there. maybe even sell the game to another company? or make it a game you can pay for (Like the sims or smth?) just bring this back, it would be a huge hit.

bring back ourWorld back to websites or at least fixed the app game so we don't end up crashing every time and reconnect again just fixed some stuff on the game. Give us a least an update or feel free to sell this game and let someone else buy this game like Elon Musk.

Customer service and technical support for users is among the worst out there. They provide no escalation, show empathy, or actually genuinely listen to their customers. Their typical response is, 'It seems we are unable to make you happy, and can provide a refund and close your account'. This is considered a classic cop out in my opinion. We are not looking for a refund, we are seeking better user interaction with the application, rather than having to reload the game because your network is unable to handle the traffic, yet blame our computers, LAN, or ISP...Another issue is their refusal to upgrade their infrastructure such as servers, storage, data bases, bandwidth, etc.. to meet the increase of customers, particularly over the pandemic. More and more people gravitated to virtual social interaction and they admitted the challenge, however have done little to nothing about this... If I could give this company NO stars I would!

I'd just kindly like to publicly ask why you guys are essentially killing ourWorld in favor of Vegas World? If you compare the two, and I believe you should, like you actually should COMPARE them, the gameplay, the in-game worlds, why are y'all ditching oW for that?
