As a current tenant of the Rv park, I'd like to say that this place is a wonderful and welcoming place to stay at. A very quiet and calm surrounding to be at. The owners are also very courteous and helpful with any issue we might have. I personally enjoying living here quite a bit and have for as long as we moved in.

We’ve used this game processing facility several times this hunting season, and they’ve consistently exceeded our expectations. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Their attention to detail and care in processing is evident in the quality of the finished product. The meat is outstanding—perfectly prepared and packaged every time. If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled team to handle your game, I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in every aspect of their service.

If you want to enjoy your surroundings or have any privacy at all…. this is NOT the place for you. If you have animals that enjoy being outside, this is NOT the place for you. You have no privacy due to the owners being so nosey, you better not make ANY noise at all or you will be getting a call from them to keep it down. They told one tenant she was closing her door too loudly. This place is packed in like sardines and you can hear your neighbor in their house fart while you are in your own house. NO ONE is ever outside, you basically are allowed to come and go, but that’s it, no barbecuing or socializing at all happening there. We moved out over a week before our rent was up and they decided to let us know that they don’t give refunds….. I have lived in plenty of rv parks and this one has been the absolute worst one. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Having lived here for over 4 years- I actually know the woman who posted the negative review as Bette Davis but I know her by her legal name Lucia Scalia -she neglected to mention that she did not want to pay rent an it took 2 months and 2 trips to court to get her removed. If the park was as bad as she wants people to believe it sure took a lot of effort to get her out. It’s also worth noting that the other person who left a negative review was her friend Mason Issac - his legal name Mason Berkey. It’s also worth noting that if either were legitimate reviews they would have posted under their real names.

This is in response to Alicia Jarvis post Mrs Jarvis asked me if she could put a small fence in front of her RV against park rules we allowed her to do so. Instead of letting her dogs out periodically she simply left her front door open. Everytime a person or vehicle went by both dogs would bolt out the door and yap excessively. The neighbor in front of her complained several times and then confronted Mrs Jarvises husband at 5:30 in the morning. The Jarvises neighbor contacted me immediately letting me know that Mr Jarvis wanted to fight over him asking him to shut the dogs up I contacted Mrs Jarvis and asked her to take down the fence and start walking her dogs as the rules require which resulted in them moving out without notice. They were 3 weeks into a month rental which resulted in no refund. It’s unfortunate that people use this google review site as a tool to settle petty differences. The Jarvises were perfectly content until they were asked to control their dogs this is a retaliatory review.

Allowed a loud party to continue until 5am to then start mowing the lawn for over an hour at 7am. Whilst mowing the lawn, the machine flicked stones at our RV. Not worth your time if you value your sleep.

This was once a friendly honest campground until the passing of Julie Mullins. Since her passing it has turned into a storage area with new rules forbidding any activity outside your rv. The rates have increased beyond the worth of a park without any amenities and void of reasonable engagement by management. If you want to be overcharged, treated like you are paying to be there only at the convenience of the owner and like spending your time unable to grill, congregate with your neighbors and experience no congeniality then by all means go here.
